This was a last minute emergency booking at midnight and I couldn't have been happier. The overnight receptionist was so kind and lent me a phone charger. The room was not as fancy as some but comfortable. The shower was hot and the coffee machine and pods a bonus.
Breakfast was included in the price. There was a good spread of cold meats cheeses cereals fruits yoghurt bread and tea or coffee.
The hotel is also a co working space with gym and vending machines dotted around. Ideal for emergency snacks. It's on the industrial estate but very quiet overnight and handy for the hospital.

The city is beautiful and has lots to offer… for example the Cathedral has an impressive museum upstairs on the gallery as well as a stunning altarpiece and stained glass windows; the tourist information office has an important exhibition about the Roman wall, which is apparently the most complete walled city in Europe. You can walk all the way along the wall in about 45 minutes.
Coupled with this, there are amazing bars and restaurants with friendly locals and the Playa de Las Catedrales, north of Lugo is the most stunning beach I’ve ever seen.

Mostly pedestrian within the walls, so easy to wander through interesting streets and you can do full circuit of the Roman walls, about 2k, wide path and views over city.Other Roman remains slightly disappointing although the mosaic house was worth visiting. We also enjoyed the exhibition on the Camino in the regional tourist office. Panels in Gallician, Spanish and English. Helpful attendant showed us costume display, garden and gave us leaflets for the different Camino routes.

We used Lugo as a base to visit Santiago and La Curuna.
We used Lugo as a base to visit Santiago and La Curuna. I'm in a wheelchair, so changing hotels constantly is a chore for my partner. We visited Lugo itself on our last day and were pleasantly surprised by its charm, impressive walls and other medieval corners.
A beautiful brand-new apartment right in the center of Lugo. Very spacious with all comfort you need. The interior feels like a boutique hotel. The bathroom was just great, We were happy to use the washing machine. The reception was perfect. The lady was happy for us to take our race-bikes to the room, which is a great comfort on a long distance trip. Lugo was a great surprise and a don't-miss town on the Camino to Santiago. The apartment is ideally located. Quit but near the center.
No complaints at all about this place, the walled city is about 10 minutes walk away. The apartment was very spacious, friendly staff who spoke English. And a real bonus for motorcyclist is there secure underground garage. We highly recommend the friendly staff, great drink food and unlimited continental breakfast in Cafe Victoria which is attached to the hotel.
Comfortable room & bed, clean/quiet room, good bathroom. We were forced to eat dinner in the cafe due to storming rain and the food was decent. Parking in the hotel. There seemed to be many business travelers staying here and the value/cost is high.
We had a major problem unrelated to this hotel and Carla at the front desk when above and beyond to help us.
A very spacious apartment attached to hotel who hold the keys and where breakfast is served.
All facilities on hand that would make this apartment a comfortable vacation or city break.
Parking under hotel limited so prebook if possible.
Probably 15min walk to main area of tourist attractions.
Some nice restaurants up the hill away from city centre.
My partner had to stay at the hospital for a few days in Lugo. I didn’t want to stay in town. The hotel staff were very helpful my entire stay. They did their very best to take care of me and make me feel comfortable and safe. Alicia, the receptionist, was absolutely wonderful.
I stayed in many lovely accommodations in my Camino, but this was the best. Lovely small apartment. Comfortable bed, private bathroom, full kitchen (we saved money by heading pizza one evening) and a self serve breakfast in the morning. Even a clothes washing machine. Wonderful!
Being on the 3rd Floor with a balcony was great.
The food at the rooftop resturaunt was great.
The hotel staff were fantastic and helpful.
The location was as good as it gets for 3 kings. Right beside the townhall and a great view of the parade usually.
Everything was perfect, the room very modern, nice and clean, minibar and snacks in the room, for extra charge👌the restaurant in hotel is 100 starts the food was amazing, the price is very good service is perfect. The staff in hotel very friendly and polite.
The location was perfect because it was close to all the sites. The worker at the front desk was exceptionally nice and helpful! We will definitely go back to it if we are in the vicinity! It was nice to stay in a different place other than a hotel.
Great stay on the Camino Primitivo if you are staying in Lugo. Very new, large, and modern for a Camino but super functional and great facilities, especially after a week in smaller places. Staff was great. Highly recommended.
We were 3 pilgrims on a detour from Lugo to Sobrado and we found everything we could wish for! The owner was so kind and the place clean, comfortable and with nice atmosphere. Best sleep on the camino so far.
Beautiful hotel near the City Center of Lugo. Excellent service, friendly staff, private Car parking, all kind of interesting attributes in the hotel.
The room was nice decorated and Enough Space.
The room was super cool with a rooftop window. The hotel was located in the center of town close to restaurants.
We were able to do laundry as they have machines. Staff at check in was very nice.
Our room looked out directly on the Roman wall, which was amazing. The hotel, bar, and patio were also very interesting with vintage, clever decorations. The parking was just a few feet away.
Near the train station, and a short walk to the old part of Lugo. The reception was friendly and welcoming. Very small room and very basic, but okay for a night, especially given the price.
The hotel looked pretty new and the room was clean. The location was alright as it was about a 20 minute walk to the Roman walls of the city. A few good cafés close to the hotel.
