In the Galician village of Padron, this hotel has a smart restaurant serving both local and international cuisine. Try delicious seafood and fish. Relax in the cafe before heading to the disco.

The accommodation was great on the other side of Padron, so it was an easy start the next morning to finish our Camino Trail.
There was a restaurant downstairs which served nice meals.
I am very happy with the location.
Offering city views, EL RINCON DE LUZ is an accommodation set in Padrón, 20 km from Cortegada Island and 31 km from Santiago de Compostela Convention Center.
Very comfortable and super clean! The couch was made as a bed for our daughter. Yummy muffins and coffee for breakfast. Huge terrace! Nice assortment of brochures/ local information and recommendations. Very residential area, enjoyed dining out with locals rather than tourists. Can walk downtown and to Camino de Santiago.

It's a nice town with slightly different vibe to the others on the Camino, quite chilled and relaxed. Probably a good place for a rest day as the trails beforehand leave you quite dirty (in poor weather). Probably lots of history here also but didn't get time to explore. I ate at the Camino Portuguese which is a cafe bar/diner. There was fine dining in the town but that doesn always sit well with hiking the next day. Easy to get around on foot, better with a bike.

Padron is a small and charming town with real character.
Padron is a small and charming town with real character. The tree lined strip by the river is gorgeous, there are beautiful old churches and best of all, a decent selection of very very good restaurants. I stayed as part of the Camino and it was one of my favourite stops. There is a really nice buzz yet relaxed feel to the place.

My partner and I were just passing through on our way along the Camino so only stayed the night. There were certain restaurants like Pulperia Rial that were incredible and hospitality in local bars was fab but it’s not really a place you’d visit unless you were passing through!

Arrived on a Sunday so market day.
Arrived on a Sunday so market day. It’s the home of the Padrón pepper! Also there was a medieval celebration on the day so town was buzzing (surrounding roads and car parks were crazy) . Perfect location for the Camino De Santiago - Albergue Rossol was ideally situated.
absolute gem. this property has the charm of an old hotel but perfectly updated. the rooms are spacious. the bed is comfortable with multiple pillows. no balcony but windows that open to let the cool night air in. there is also air conditioning but we did not need it in May. hard wood floors with exposed beams really make the room feel like home. breakfast was not included but was with the 9 eu.
This albergue is located directly on the Camino route approximately 4 kms out of Padron so it shortened our walk into Santiago the next day. It is a charming converted farmhouse with a bar, pool, single and bunk beds in two large dorm areas. We loved the communal dinner which was well worth the additional cost. We would highly recommend this stay on your Camino walk!
Spacious place, too big for my husband and I but great value if you had a larger group. Located closely to the drop off point for the boat from Vilaneuva if you are planning on making a rest day in between walking days as we did. Also, just a short 20 minute walk to central downtown Padron where there are many restaurants, however also great nearby snack bar.
Staff are friendly and helpful
There is a bus that takes you back in Padron.
Follow the Camino walk out of Padron it takes you right past the hotel it is about 5km outside Padron.
We arrived mid afternoon and took a taxi back into town cost 7 euro. Taking a taxi back was only 5. Taxi did not use meter so its better to negative a price beforehand.
The hotel was originally a beautiful family home. For Pilgrims walking the Portuguese Camino de Santiago it is located on the route about 6km from Padron. The owner is helpful and friendly and made us a nice simple breakfast. There is a large beautiful garden and swimming pool for the summer.
Beautiful hotel. Wish I could stay there every night! It had a subtle sense of luxury and was very comfortable, modern and spacious. The staff were extremely friendly, the bedroom and bathroom were incredible and breakfast was also really good. Plus in a super central location.
The location was great, overlooking a field just one minute walk from the Camino. A little outside of Padrón which gave us a head start on our journey. It was very peaceful and had everything we needed to cook, sleep, shower and relax
Hiking the El Camino. Great hotel. Very nice cafe and restaurant. Breakfast was superb. Great way to shorten your day into Santiago by going past Padron. I would book here again!
This albergue was great and modern. The beds were comfy and showers spacious. They even do your laundry for you. Great albergue on the camino. Highly recommended if you stay in Padron.
Ernesto was a great host and the property is near the town centre. It is affiliated with a hotel that has a pool which we used. Very nice after a long days walk.
This is a perfect apartment for people who are walking the Camino to Santiago. It is very well situated in Padrón, and only a few kilometres from Santiago.
