The cleaning of my room & the towels were hard & they had not informed me no cleaning staff on my stay even though I booked a month ahead. I loved the beds very comfortable, the front desk staff were amazing. Love the location & that there were so many fine dinning restaurants in Burlington & shopping was great. The waterfront & lights downtown & shops we loved. It was a great time of year to visit & would come again to Burlington other times of the year.

Only booked for one night and was pleased with the location, and the room had a great view, but was disappointed with laundry services. Maybe people do not use the way I do but coming off the road, feeling tired and dirty, it is lovely to get clean and get your clothes cleaned, especially if you are an out of town guest. There were a few out of towners as we all tended to park together, From Quebec, Michigan and myself from New Brunswick.

Extremely courteous and helpful staff Day and night!
Extremely courteous and helpful staff Day and night! Beds and rooms very comfortable. Refrigerator in the room was helpful and worked well. The room temperature was also very comfortable and our view was lovely over the water. I didn’t realize that there was an extra parking/day fee charged— so be aware of that if you’re driving.

I love Burlington for its walkability and excellent restaurants. I enjoy the waterfront trail, which is accessible to the public. The city has an open and welcoming appeal now. I hope it doesn't come to a forest of highrise towers where only developers choose who has access to the waterfront,

Close the QEW & 403, IKEA, COSTCO & Burlington Go.
Close the QEW & 403, IKEA, COSTCO & Burlington Go. We were picking our son up at the Go Train station and decided to book a night away before he came in. Since we were only there for one night, we didn't do a lot but are well aware of many things to do in the area. Close to trails and water but also great shopping.
I loved the space in the room, enough to do some yoga or let a young child move and run.
The room was quiet, the bed very comfortable, everything was very clean. The breakfast was good.
We got there late at night, friendly staff at the counter greeted us and checked us in quickly.
We didn’t stay long so we didn’t experience the hotel or the area and therefore could not really rate the location or other amenities. It is right off the highway though, convenient for us.
All good in aspect of amenities, reach.3- 5 mins to eatery outlets , 10 mins by walk reach. Jewel stay place, 100% better than that of niagara hotels were none amenities offered and price for everything there. If you have car better stay in Burlington at this hotel and drive to niagara in 55 mins. I hope that's Sums up niagara stay places too, other end of coin.
Thanks to customer service in admiral inn. All good.
I'm usually not a fan of motels, but this one was great! Front desk was friendly and helpful, he gave us a travel map and lots of tips what to do. Room was very clean, updated and comfortable, I‘d say it’s better than some hotels. I highly recommended City View Inn.
This Hotel’s biggest asset is its own staff/employees. The ladies at the front desk were extremely helpful, always smiling and made our stay so pleasant. The manager and staff at the restaurant were so professional, so friendly and made us enjoy our daily breakfast.
Location is right next to Jake’s - excellent restaurant and the location of our family party. Just walked a few steps to the hotel. Breakfast was very good - eggs, bacon, juice, yogurt, oranges, coffee, tea. Water in the lobby.
Gorgeous hotel, great products in washrooms and Nespresso in rooms. Breathtaking view of the lake and beside a lovely walking path. the location is wonderful. It’s in walking distance to so many great restaurants and venues.
Nice and clean with a decent breakfast included in quite a cheap priced inn compared to more expensive hotels . Close to the highway but no complaints didn’t hear a thing in our room
