The property was spotlessly clean and beautifully and tastefully furnished and decorated.
The location was fantastic, close to the highway and around an hour east to Toronto and an hour the other way to Niagara Falls.
Nice place and pretty quiet even being close to the 401.

The staff were very and nice and accommodating as there was a fair amount of young hockey players in the hotel which can be quite rowdy but the staff chose to place us at the end of a corridor to help with the noise. It was very good.

I can't really complain but for the money it costs it sure could use some upgrades. But it was clean, staff was friendly, easy check in and out...Room was very quiet considering the 401 was right there.I love parking my vehicle right outside my door. Makes for easy loading and unloadng...Breakfast was the normal continental but no complaints.

Should have basic utensils like set of cutlery , a bottle of water for the guests' usage. When inquired about a universal charger or a power adapter same wasn't available. When guests travelling from other countries, these basic needs should be fulfilled.

Morning,
Two issues I, had were , the toilets didn't flush well. The biggest issue was no hot water. Let the shower run and run and had enough warm water too shower. Enjoyed the hot tub very much.
Thank you Lorna Jess

Walking distance to restaurants, pubs and other entertainment venues.
Located in the most historic district of Cambridge. (Old Galt)
Great price. Lots of room. Beautiful views off of two separate balconies.
Very quiet. I stay in and around Cambridge fairly frequently. This was by far the nicest lodging I have ever stayed i. It was also the best value of any lodging in the area. I will stay here regularly when in town.
This property was perfect for what we needed. Having travelled 31+ hours to get to Cambridge, the apartment was easy to find and all the amenities we needed were available.
Having a private space to allow us to acclimate and ease into our holiday without stress was perfect.
The accessibility of shops to get basic goods is excellent. We didn’t have to venture far to get what we needed.
The staff were super friendly, the courtyard area is beautiful and the size of the adjoining room we got was nice because it had a full size fridge and freezer and little kitchenette area, right beside a tim hortons and very central location to highway and shopping. Pricing is cheap but that us for a reason.
The location was great it was right down town Preston. I love that it was close to shop and restaurants. Some of which were there when I lived there. I got to go to Mass at my home church St. Clements. It was very quiet area.
Had quite a few options for breakfast which was great. The staff that looked after the breakfast area were exceptional. We also enjoyed being able to grab a tea or coffee at any point during the day.
The location of hotel was convenient for our initial reason for visit to area, and then for other activities we found. I was looking for room on a budget and it was what I could afford.
