The rooms were clean and comfortable. The outdoor pool was clean and heated. I was disappointed that they didn't have little shop inside the hotel to buy pool toys and none for people to use.

Outstandingly peaceful location, despite nearby building works; someone really went to town sound-proofing this place. The cleanliness was far beyond expectations. Apart from a very little sand in the lint catcher in the dryer, this place was immaculate (and to be frank I think needs a thin attachment to reach the sand which our hosts cleaning service may not carry as standard). Everything was fresh-smelling and gleaming. Communication was excellent. The supply of the single biggest bottle of all in one laundry liquid detergent I have ever seen in my life was extremely appreciated. Everything you could possibly need is here and thoughtfully supplied in as-new condition. Beds were a delight. Water pressure perfection in the shower. Even the artwork and books were just lovely. I will 100% stay here again without any hesitation.

We loved everything about this place, staff, facilities,...
We loved everything about this place, staff, facilities, clean, hottub/pool and the temp was great in both of them. Hot breakfast was great and Tarrin made the extra effort to assist with anything anyone needed. Thanks to you all.
The only things was light flashing off and on beside the fire gaget.
A bar of soap would be great unperfumed. We would stay here again as it is an amazing place.

Collingwood is a very interesting place to visit.
Collingwood is a very interesting place to visit. There are all sorts of activities for every type of person. A visit to the Blue Mountain Ski Village is a must, even if you have never skiied in your life (me!) Also, make sure you find the old historic part of town, on a street I think is called Hurontario. Lots of little shops to explore and very interesting historic buildings like the old Post Office (now Service Canada). The Scandinavian Spa is a special treat at a very reasonable price. You can spend the day there for as little as $85 - go in the morning, then have your lunch there, and finish off at one of the wonderful saunas! Your body will thank you. There are all sorts of bike and walking trails, and maps to get you there. The Scenic Caves are also not too far away, but you also must check out the new Eco-Adventure Playground at Sunset Point Park on the lake - great for adults and kids alike! We have visited Collingwood several times in the past few years but this year we stumbled onto the Collingwood Brewery - a great place to spend an afternoon! Check out their monthly calendar online as they hold lots of interesting events/music. Collingwood is a jewel of a town in cottage country! You won't be disappointed.

Collingwood is a pleasant enough area on Georgian Bay dotted...
Collingwood is a pleasant enough area on Georgian Bay dotted with nearby picturesque towns like Thornberry, Meaford, and the resort of Wasaga Beach to the east. But the City of Collingwood itself was a disappointment. The town has a nice main street with lots of unique shops but few pedestrians and restaurants were hard to find. Despite touting itself on the shore of Georgian Bay there are no restaurants/bars on the waterfront itself - a glaring omission. And we figured out why downtown might be so deserted - everyone goes to the faux village of Blue Mtn. Resort Village a few miles west!

Lots of trails and beaches.
Lots of trails and beaches. Lots of cool non-chain restaurants with a great vibe. So much to explore.
We went to Bent Taco. If you like Mexican, go here. Unique delicious menu. Great patio. Fast service.
We also went to The Huron Club. Cool spot. Good food.
We rode many of the trails. Well kept. Want to do some more. There are many trails.

Didn’t like the Living Water resort, it was very run down,...
Didn’t like the Living Water resort, it was very run down, we could have found a better place to stay for sure, it needs work badly, it was built very cheaply. It needs painting, grout in the bathrooms, the bathroom sink was plugged, air conditioner needs to be able to shut off, especially when sitting on the balconies, you can’t hear anyone talking, it’s so loud, whirlpool tub is terribly loud as well, in the washroom, I wanted to use it to relax, unfortunately because of how loud it was that wasn’t going to work.
The view on the marina was pretty, the bed and pillows were comfortable. I visited the front desk to see if I could buy a pillow, the gentleman said he would contact housekeeping and get back to me, I never heard anything.
All in all for being a time share Resort it seems very sad that once you sign up for it is extremely hard to get out of it without a great expense, after talking to a few people that want out.
I would not recommend this place, unfortunately we won’t be back.
The location of the hotel was perfect- next to the lake and close to most of the places in Collingwood. The lawn/patio on the top of the hotel was really good with amazing views. Room was spacious enough for the family and clean. Though all amenities were not open due to COVID, overall it was a good experience. We were able to get complimentary game of tennis.
The staff were super friendly/helpful and hotel was very clean!
Room was clean and and we were grateful for the extra pillows that were a little lower. Loved the view of the ski hills and the hotel is close to so many things. My friend and I have food allergies, so it was great to be close to grocery stores and a wonderful vegan restaurant.
Clean, well kept, spotless property. Kim was the perfect host, communication was easy and all instructions were clear. Kitchen and washroom well stocked, beds comfortable, heating just right and we slept soundly. Close to all attractions in Blue Mountain and Collingwood. A very relaxing, and restful weekend. Looking forward to repeat visits.
Great location in the heart of Collingwood and good facilities. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The heat was easy to control and the room was comfortable. We were glad for the microwave and the mini bar fridge, which was convenient for take out if it needed to be heated up or stored away. Check in and check out was easy.
We have visited the Georgian Bay Hotel many times and every time we are never disappointment. The experience from the front of house staff, the grounds people and service maintenance is exceptional. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the atmosphere is inviting.
The restaurant is fantastic, with great food and service every time.
Great location, close to everything. We didn’t set that many expectations coming in, but the hotel is very clean, beds are very comfortable. The big TV kept our daughter entertained and the breakfast menu at Gustav is tasty. Didn’t get the chance to use the pool but we’ll definitely come back next time we visit blue mountain.
It was our first time in collingwood
We weren't sure what to expect but we were pleasantly surprised by our resort
It felt like our own space and very easy to adjust
This will be a place we're looking forward to coming back again and again
The place was clean, spacious and came equipped with all basic kitchen items, linen and towels, etc. The location is close to downtown collingwood and blue mountain village
The owner was quick to respond to all our queries.
The location of the hotel is very good, proximity to Blue Mountain Village is good. Everything is at walking distance. Room was clean and well-maintained. We liked our stay, would recommend this hotel !!
Such a clean, comfortable hotel! Staff was so inviting and friendly, breakfast was great, lots to choose from! Lots to do around the area, close drive to Blue Mountain! Would definitely stay again!
The room was so clean and tidy. The beds are very comfy. Most importantly is the location, not too far from the Blue Mountain and close to many restaurants. Definitely will be back soon.
Not far from wasaga beach - u have the option to shop in Collingwood malls or wasaga beach stores - Collingwood was closer to drive for Tim Hortons - love my coffee in the morning
The building and rooms are quite new and so it was a good feeling inside the hotel. The staff at front desk, breakfast and cleaning were all friendly and supportive.
