Very cozy and clean room. Very friendly service, they will make your vocation relaxing and nice. Clean towels and bathrobes every day. Delicious food. We haf included breakfast and dinner. We enjoyed!!

The apartment exceeded the expectations, by the photos we were expecting something really bad. Amazing point for us is that they are dod friendly. So, it was a flat with 2 bedrooms, one small kitchen (more than enough space though), one small internal area and one bathroom with a toilet. There was an air conditioner in the kitchen that was more than enough to the whole flat, we even needed an extra blanket and pillow and they provided to us. The owner and his family made us feel very welcomed and were always available through the phone and stopping by every day. Outside there was a parking space for us, an outside big area in front of our flat, barbecue and shower outside available and a big terrace with a view to the beach. Regarding the location, it was quite great! 2 min walking to the beach, 2 beach bars, small market near and 15 min walking to the center of Petrčane with several restaurants. Ps: we recommend Mig Mig- amazing food. The owner also made available for us a SUP for us to bring to the beach. Thank you for everything Igor!

The host is great, they even allowed us to enter earlier than planed. The sea just 20 meter far, the view, the great walk from the flat. The flat was very clean.

It was an amazing time there/ The apartment had two balconies with the nice views. The building and the neighbor buildings are beautiful, the sea is in 50 metres from the apartment. And there is the best place. 7 minutes from the city center, restaurants and stores. Uber Taxi to Zadar costs about 15e, also you can use the bus for 2,65E. The owner is very friendly and smiley. I would recommend this apartment to everyone

Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed. We had warm water in the bathroom and an functioning air conditioner. The kitchen is relatively well equipped with a small fridge, electric stoves, a microwave, a boiler and various utensils and pots. The host is a very sweet old lady. We don't speak any Croatian at all, but we could communicate via a translation app :). She is very helpful. After we asked, she provided us with some salt for cooking, some shampoo and a vacuum cleaner that we needed for vacuum bags in our suitcase. We totally appreciate her help! The location is amazing! A nice pebbly beach is less than 5' away and a beach cafe/bar has coffee, drinks and snacks. A supermarket, a local grocery seller, a restaurant and a cafe with nice ice cream at the same distance. Basically everything one needs. There are more beaches, cafes and restaurants available within 15' walking in Petrcane. Buses to Zadar run many times a day in the weekdays, but are limited in the weekend. All in all, we had a very good experience.
