Great small place, like one of many at the island. Ypsos has all you need from fast food, bars, local restaurant, shops, car rentals etc. I would definitely suggest to rent a motorbike/quad/car to explore other cities/beaches on the island as well.

Ypsos is a long seaside resort with a large range of accommodation available. Beach is good although a little narrow, ample supply of sunbeds and crystal clear water. Opposite the beach is a variety of shops, bars, and restaurants serving a good selection of local food. The resort was quiet( in June) but I would imagine it would be very lively in peak season. Ypsos compares very well with other resorts on this coast of the island . Well worth a visit

We really enjoyed our staying in Ipsos - the hotel was 5 min walk from the street, beach. On this street were so many restaurants, cafes, shops etc. The view was amazing - full moon, sea, palms :) Everything you need for the vacation. From Ipsos was comfortable rides with car to all our destinations.

In September there was a good atmosphere in Ypsos, not too much waiting time for the best Taverna's, and some relaxing bars without too many people. It is a good place to visit other areas of interest (Barbati, Corfu-town etc) and if you plan to take a boat somewhere, Corfu harbour is pretty close as well. The beach in Ypsos is not that good due to the noisy of the road.

Nice shingle/sand beach. Fall off sunbed into sea. Clean, clear sea. Good deals on sunbeds/Parasols including free hot and cold drinks. Great bars and restaurants. Dont miss Dirty Nellie's for great drinks and atmosphere. Lovely Chinese halfway along the strip. Good shopping. Good bus service to Corfu town and other resorts.

The hotel has rooms with sea views, small but very cozy. There is no kettle or coffee machine in the rooms, although this can all be discussed with the concierge. Very clean rooms. The mattresses on the bed are hard, I'm was fine,but if someone has back problems, contact to reception they nice and can help you. Area has massage salon and beauty salon 4 min to walk. Check-in was simple and Jules was always contactable via WhatsApp. The neighbourhood was quiet, and it was just a short walk to the bus stop for Corfu Old Town, the restaurants of Ypsos and the beaches. There's even a cat called Melpo who comes to visit. Overall really enjoyed and for the price it really is a bargain.

The owner and cleaning staff are always really responsive. The room has everything you need, including aircon, and there's also a common washing machine that you can use. WiFi is really good. Beds are comfy. The location is good, there's a small shop in front of the property if you need to grab a small snack or drinks The owner provided us with sun umbrellas, which was great too.

The bus stops named Ipsos (direction to town 783) are very close just in front or next by so very easy to get here by bus or go anywhere like the Corfu old town or Kassiopi. The room is fine. They offer us if we would like to checkout late at 12 instead of 11. Our room was a bit further from the bar so when we closed all the door the music from the bar didnt bother us so much.MySwitzerland

The place is thoughtfully decorated with a cute kitchen, comfortable bed, good air-conditioning, fast WiFi and clean, spacious bathroom. The beach is right across the street and you have good access to Barbati beach as well. The owners, Yannis and Maria are really friendly too.
