When we first arrived the city did not look too welcoming, but as we saw the city by night and it's nightlife it already looked and felt a lot better. It just took us 2 days to find the shopping street which was really nice and the prices where good. Great place for a short visit!
Great place for a short visit! The view is great from almost everywhere! It's got a castle up on the hill and a lot of great shops on the sea side. Simply walking around town and along the shores will reward you with interesting experiences.

The whole area was cozy with a few tavernas and lots of people but still quiet. Takes only 10 minutes with a car to Chalkis center if you want more life, shops and restaurants. Chalkis center is very nice! The hotel staff were absolutely wonderful and very helpful with everything. The rooms were very clean and practical! Can highly recommend this hotel!

The reception staff were very helpful. There are two steps up from the street, but after that my room was on the ground floor, which I appreciated because I had a very big suitcase. It was nice to have a fridge with water in the room.
