The chalet feel of the hotel. Homey, yet high level. Great staff in the restaurant... it was like a club, as comfy as a living room.

This hotel is just perfect. Near everything (amazing restaurants and coffes nearby), all new, comfortable bed, beautiful view, excellent breakfast, friendly staff. Nothing to complain. There is a rooftop bar (no noise!) and they gave us a free welcome drink, amazing to enjoy the sunset view.

This was our best stay in Chile by far .Christina and Carlos have a lovely house in a lovely location and by the end of our three day stay it felt like we were staying with friends instead of hosts . It is a pity we couldn't have stayed longer. Relaxing and comfortable , the towels for example were the best quality I've used in a long time. Information about activities and restaurants were especially useful with the superb local restaurant one of the most unusual I've ever seen.

Clean. Comfortable. Quiet. Lots of hot water. Friendly staff who went to the trouble of finding plant-based milk for our vegan breakfast. This was a really good find.

The breakfast was plentiful and started very early - which was excellent for my partner and I, since we had an early flight. We arrived early, before our checkin time, and we were able to get into our room immediately. The staff was very friendly and helpful answering questions.

Amazing hotel! The perfect place to unwind your mind. The view from the hotel is impeccable. We had the corner room and the view was stunning. The lounge area is very cozy and the family that own the place is welcoming and friendly. They prepared the breakfast buffet every morning which had plenty of choices. We also had dinner there which was delicious and with local ingredients. We really hope to come back one day!

One of the gateways to Patagonia, less than 2 hours drive from Hosteria Pehoe. Direct flight from Santiago, everything is convenient, except there is no car rental place at airport. But it is only a 10 min taxi ride to town.

I chose Puerto Natales because it has an airport close to Torres del Paine.
I did four excursions to view the outdoor beauty of southern Chile.
I walked to the bus station to acquire information ... I was pleasantly surprised that a bus can take me futher south, near the tip of South Amarica.

Puerto Natales is a very cool town.
Puerto Natales is a very cool town. We stayed in the park for 2-3 nights and in Puerto Natales for 1 prior to a flight early in the AM. We enjoyed walking through town and had EXCELLENT food at La Disqueria!! It seemed like there were MANY options to stay in PN and travel into TDP - which would be much more cost-efficient than staying in the park! A great city!

There isn’t a whole lot to do in the town itself, you can probably see everything in one day, and the weather is unpredictable even in the summer. It’s walkable and there are some cool shops and restaurants that largely cater to tourists. Most people come here because they are going to hike or tour Torres Del Paine, to see the glaciers, or both, and they don’t want to spend $500 USD or more per night to stay in the park. Figure out how many excursions you want to do, and give yourself an extra day to check out the town.

Puerto Natales is an easily navigated small town and a good jumping off point for tours and trips to Torres del Paine, one of Chile's most famous national parks and hiking trails, as well as for catamaran tours to see the glaciers. The town is equipped with a number of good restaurants, outdoor/sports stores and supermarkets, making it a good place to stop before and/or after excursions. It has a beautiful waterfront. It is cool year round, cold in the winter, keep in mind this region of Chile includes Antarctica so you should always be prepared for wind and cold, although we did have a few relatively warm afternoons.

This is a launching point for treks, adventure hikes,...
This is a launching point for treks, adventure hikes, wilderness kayaking trips, etc. During the season, it's crowded with tourists in transit and usually here just for a night or two as they embark or return from an excursion to nearby Torres del Paine, or other areas of nature to explore. It feels like the bulk of the restaurants, shops and stores therefore cater to the needs of monied tourists and so it's expensive.
Friendly and warm-hearted accommodation in close walking distance from Puerto Natales bistro terminal. Ideal if you head for trips with early departure dates.
Good-value-for money. Warm, clean and nice shower pressure (ideal after a long hiking trip). Basic breakfast included as well as a restaurant and bakery that offers additional food and drinks.
If you book a second stay (e.g. prior and after the Torres del Peine national park) they offer free storage of of your luggage.
The hotel is amazing and comfortable. Well located, in the city center with good restaurants and stores nearby - taxi available easily.
Breakfast was good. The room is very good, very clean. The shower is nice and hot, the beds are comfortable.
The staff are really nice (we could let our bags in the hotel while going to Torres del Paine park), especially Vilma - the main point of the hotel. She was very helpful and polite.
I recommend and hope to return again.
The best hostel in Puerto Natales by far (I've stayed at 3). Great rooms with private bathroom and shower, very very comfortable beds, shoe rack outside the rooms (very important as hiking gear is smelly, I've been in some very smelly dorms with shoes everywhere), great knowledgable staff, beautiful venue, great wifi, barista made coffee, quiet, stylish. Thank you so much for having me. I will be back! Cora
Vinnhaus is a beautiful property right in the middle of town. Errka and David were excellent hosts and have done a great job in refurbishing and creating this place into a cozy, stylish boutique hotel.
Our room was nice, loved the decor, and beds were very comfy. Wifi connection was good throughout the property.
The restaurant food was excellent. Possibly one of the best meals we had in Puerto Natales.
Kept coming back to this hostel every time I was in Puerto Natales. The service is outstanding, super nice and friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, cozy beds and fluffy duvets. Spotless bathrooms and over all feels more like a nice hotel and way better than any other hostel I stayed at in Chile. They have an actual professional espresso machine and make the best cappuccino I've had in Patagonia
This place was perfect. We are only a couple so there were two extra twin beds in a loft area (and I believe a pull out sofa too). This would be the perfect place for a family on a more extended stay in Puerto Natales. The kitchen had everything you need. Great view of the water. So much in walking distance and at an excellent price, this place can't be beat. It was truly excellent.
Everything!
We spent two nights in this hotel.
One before start the O trek in Torres del paine and the second after ten days.
Very good position, near the city center.
Bus stop for Torres del Paine 10 minutes walking.
The owner is super kind and friendly, he gives us a lot of advice for where to eat or where we can rent some trekking equipment.
The room was really clean.
This is a extremely great value for Puerto Natales. This is not a luxury hotel but this is an excellent accommodation at this value point. The hotel facilities are all pristine and immaculately cleaned. Breakfast is spartan but filling. The staff/owner are helpful but don't expect any handholding. I enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend anyone to stay here as well.
This hotel was a nice surprise. We had been staying in other hotels in Puerto Natales, and chose the Hacienda Dorotea because, this time, the others were sold out, and wished we had found this gem sooner. Not to mention that this brand new hotel has a great history behind.
Really beautiful little place, amazing value for money. Views of the mountains from the window and a lovely array of snacks and breakfast left in the fridge. Comfy bed and great shower. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Puerto Natales!
Location is great. Just a few steps from Europcar, the only brand name car rental place in Puerto Natales. If you land in this town and have a rental car from Europcar, this hotel is the hotel of choice.
The breakfast was typical of hotels in Chile. The staff were friendly and obliging and put up with our limited Spanish with good will. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Great for this price range
Javier was a great host. The accomodation was perfect. We really loved the hot tub and the views. Teo the dog was also very welcoming. Would stay again if in Puerto Natales!
This hotel was absolutely wonderful - the staff could not have been more accommodating and kind, and the breakfast was the best meal I think I had in all of Chile!
We loved our stay here. This was our one “splurge hotel” for our entire 3-week trip in Chile and Argentina. Comfortable rooms, great shower, food was excellent.
