Nice, clean hotel with good location for walking.
Food is OK, but nothing special. Classic selection.
We were there during Umag Trophy and they managed it very good. There were hundreds of kids, but everything went smooth.
Residence Garden Istra Plava Laguna will undergo a complete renovation and improvement, both of the accommodation capacities and the common areas in the building.
Located only 30 metres from the beach, Villa Rosetta in Savudrija provides guests with deckchairs and beach towels.

Thank you for the opportunity to stay at your hotel. The hotel is of the highest standard, the rooms and the view from them are the best I have ever seen. The gentlemen from the reception and the restaurant made every effort to make your stay at the hotel unforgettable. I recommend the best hotel in Selka.
Situated right by the sea, Hotel Zlatna Vala offers air-conditioned rooms with private balcony, free Wi-Fi and a tennis court. Umag city centre is only 5 km away.

matrass quality was not that good to sleep on a day before a big ultra run, and for the days to recover.
room temperature was also way to high around 24 25 °C while it was much cooler outside. even with the windows open it wouldnt cool down, and the air circulation system did not work while windows were closed.

Lovely seaside small town. Walkable and bikeable streets.
Lovely seaside small town. Walkable and bikeable streets. A few beaches nearby. Amazing restaurant strip on the seashore. Family friendly activities during the day. Day trips by boat to see dolphins. Friendly locals. A few older churches and bell tower, all free to visit. Not bustling, more of a relaxed vibe. Gorgeous views of the sea. A great day trip, or to stay for 2-3 nights. Bring a car but be prepared to pay for hourly parking by the sea as street parking is difficult (1.5 euro/hr, 31 euro 24 hrs).

Unfortunately we had terrible weather so our experience is not indicative of the norm. Umag appears to be the ideal place for families and tennis players. Lots of recreational activities (snorkeling, playing courts, rental for jet skis, ATVs etc.). There are walking & cycling paths along the built-up parts of the coastline from Katoro to Umag, but these are very crowded. There is a lot of bustle (and traffic) in the area even though there is a "mini train" to get around the various resorts. This is the place to go with other people to do stuff outdoors, and not to seek peace and quiet.

It's a good place for couples, but I'm glad I didn't bring my kids. Most beaches are super rocky and are not developed for families. Could use more varied cuisine, but pretty area and close to many wonderful wineries and olive oil makers. Locals are friendly. One resort seems to own the whole town and is obnoxiously big and intrusive

Umag is a very nice and small place, so you can go anywhere by walk. Prices in restaurants are totally fair. I’m suggesting you to visit Sea Star Festival, one of the biggest in that part of Croatia. Prices in stores are way too high.
The host had amazing food recommendations and tips to get around Umag. Very hospitable and extremely quick to respond to any requests. The tram is right at your doorstop so you can reach old town and the beautiful Blue Flag beaches in the north very easily for a few Kuhns. From the room you can view the beautiful bay of Umag with its charming Adriatic fishing boats. Would definitely come back again!
The hotel has a great pool area and small aquapark that was fun to visit. The breakfast was nice and had plenty of options. The parking fee is was very affordable compared to other hotels. We had a great time on the property as there is a very nice boardwalk that leads through the resort. The small train takes you from the resot to Umag was a wonderful way to get around.
The overall experience at Camping Park Umag was a positive one for me and my family. There are a lot of facilities, a lot of space so it doesn't feel crowded. The accomodations (2nd one) was a good quality, modern with a touch for families with children. Also the location is excellent, about 7km from Umag and 8 km from Novigrad, good options for daytrips.
Boris and his sister where super friendly and helpful always with a smile on their faces.
Great to stop and talk to.
They respond lightening fast to any questions and it feels like home.
The appartment is really modern and has a nice minimal ikea flavour.
And the swimming pool was awesome.
It’s a peaceful village 5 km from Umag. easy as !
Extremely kind staff - especially the owners. Very clean room, room cleaning with fresh towels every day. Full and rich breakfast, bikes for renting for very low price. Very high speed wi-fi. Perfect location, approx. 200 m from beach, 700 m from center, 800 m from main tennis stadium (ATP Croatian tournament). Will come again certainly.
A very dated and unattractive hotel (it is also cheap so you're getting what you pay for) in a great location near beaches, harbour and Croatian Open Tennis centre. Big buffet breakfast. 20-30ish min walk to old town. Rooms are dated and basic but provide a cheap place to sleep if that's all you need! Staff we're friendly a day helpful.
Better than a 5-stars hotel, amazing sea view, excellent location-just a few minutes walk from the shops, cafes, beach and city center, the best suite I have ever stayed in, so including the hosts who are very polite and friendly I recomend everyone stay here if you are visiting Umag!!!
Staying in the apartment and the arrangement of the resort itself is always at a high level. Everything is as it is in the description. Clean, solidly furnished apartment, 20m from the sea with a partial view of the sea and the park. It is in a quiet area near shops and restaurants.
Great position. Absolutely wonderful hosts. Couldn’t do enough for us. Had a choice of two apartments and gladly accommodated us making up the room we chose. After finding ourselves a little stuck transport wise, a private driver was organized for us . Loved our stay
Rooms are new and clean. The whole hotel is in a very good shape compared to others. Meals were very good I think. The beach was very good for our old family members. It is easy to access the see via the sandy parts.
The apartment is very near to the sea and the beach.
Umag is very beautiful and there's for everyone something.
Jadranka is a very nice and friendly host. Definitely we will go there again.
Cleanliness of the place.
Very pleasant host(s).
Walking distance from city centre and ATP Umag.
Supermarket is 5 minutes away.
Bigger supermarkets also not too far.
Probably the best mattress I ever slept on in a hotel/apartment. Even though Centar is right in front of the window, isolation is great so you do not hear anything.
Apartment very clean and quiet. Great location, close to everything. kitchen very well equipped. Check-in and check-out were solved without any problems.
