House was great - matched the pictures and what we expected. Minor issue getting into property - they had just switched to a key code and the directions were still about accessing an actual key. Owner responded quickly and solved the issue.

We had a terrific stay at the Surfrider!
We had a terrific stay at the Surfrider! We loved everything about it. Staff was awesome. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Very beachy vibes, which we loved! The rooftop deck has great drinks and the food is off the charts. We will definitely be returning soon!

Lots of beaches to explore and lots of different hiking areas to explore. Cost to eat out is exorbitant. Spruzzos had good food, moderately priced, varied selection and outdoor dining with beach views.

Much more quiet and chilled than expected.
Much more quiet and chilled than expected. Beautiful place and some great restaurants to eat in. We loved the Paradise restaurant ( traditional American style and huge portions) and Nobu! People in general were really really friendly.

I mean... it was a little but not terrible. So if you're a light sleeper, then I would say this isn't your place. I wouldn't say it was horrible, the hotel gives you ear plugs if needed. The room was fairly small but tastefully furnished. We truly enjoyed our short time here. We tried the rooftop restaurant for both lunch and dinner. Food didn't disappoint.
