The room was secure. The bed was comfortable. Everything was clean. The room smelled clean. The location was quiet. My room was by the office. I could not hear activity in the other rooms. No bugs.

It's a cheap hotel in an average to a slightly bad neighborhood. It feels like a Motel 6 that hasn't been altered at all since the 60's. Everything is linoleum floors, thin very cheap bedding and flat pillows. Show curtain was plastic with missing rings so it wasn't all hanging up correctly.
It was a weird night because a police care (Expediition SUV) was parked outside with two officers sitting there watching me arrive.
Would never recommend it to anyone...even at the price they charge!

We went to the Moonlight Amphitheater for concert events. The location of La Quinta in Vista was ideal. There were plenty of excellent restaurant options available as well. We rode bikes in Carlsbad, just 20 minutes away and enjoyed lunch and the pleasant beach scenery for the day.

I had a horrible stay it was not at all what I expected. The building looked different then the pictures, there were homeless people around the building one man almost naked and my kids had to see that. The room was not what I originally booked it described a two bedroom suite and I got two bedrooms, when I informed the man at check in he told me there were no more suites available. There were black widows in my room as well. My kids and wife and I did not feel safe we will never stay here again I don’t even know if I can trust booking.com.

My room wasn't cleaned the three days I stayed there, even after I asked for my room to be cleaned. The bathtub was also clogged and the property could use a lot of upgrades. The elevator was nasty. They need to power wash the whole hotel it looks run down and needs a major make over.

I had to be switched to another room at 1:00 ambecause the toilet was broke and front desk asked me if I could fix it. I had to go get my towels because housekeeping never came once in 4 fays.A homeless man was standing outside my room smoking and said that this is where they were putting the homeless people.

cleaning the french press coffee grounds was a chore. I daily transferred them into plastic bag refused to throw them down drain. Kpods coffee system would be cleaner. No kitchen made this rental a 2bedroim hotel room ..too expensive. we covered king bed with sheet we brought and used it as seating area..there was only one chair, why? the twin bed room was our bedroom. odd rental..very clean and not friendly/welcoming..felt spied upon.
This studio was super cute and cozy! It was easy to find and you park right by the front door so it was easy to haul all my stuff in and out. Inside you’ll find LOTS of extra amenities that you don’t find everywhere else! It was very clean and smelled amazing. If I need to stay in Vista again, I will definitely be checking if this is available!
The new management are nice people and work good with customer’s. And they don’t bother the guests like some other hotels. The new cleaning staff is amazing. She actually cleans the rooms instead of just hiding what’s dirty. I wanted to give her a tip but she wouldn’t accept it. I hope they keep her. Thank you Maria.
This cute house is quiet & comfortable. The decor & furnishings are top notch. The aplicances are new, and the cozy back patio is a plus. The hosts are responsive and helpful. We took advantage of the close proximity to quaint downtown Vista to enjoy the restaurants and artwork. Looking forward to our next stay!
It was so nice to feel Susan’s warm welcome. We could tell she takes great care of her rental, with the thoughtful touches. We had a relaxing stay on the hills of Vista and it felt like a getaway with the lush nature around. Thank you Susan!
the woman preparing the omelets was friendly professional and they were better than at most hotels. very fresh.
juice option could be better. nice to have toaster for bagels etc. overall pretty good choices for breakfast
I love the outstanding staff and personable attitude they exude. Good size room in an area that I love to stay in. I'd recommended this hotel. I always have the best time there.
Motel 6. Included Breakfast was a coffee pot. Basic functional room. On site management pleasant but overworked. Costs were saved but you generated no loyalty or brand equity.
