Boulder is awesome! UC is a great campus and Pearl St was lots of fun. We found great restaurants and bars, it wasn't too crowded, and we walked everywhere. There are mountain hikes within 10 mins of town, and the weather is splendid. The airport is 45 mins away and Red Rocks is about the same.

so many things to do and we enjoyed Pearl Street. Other sites such as Estes Park close by and other cities in the mountains. People very friendly, and lots of places to walk. I felt safe and happy being there.

Traffic can be a headache during peak hours so we would recommend traveling in the off peak times to sightsee etc. It's definitely not the midwest, people seemed snobby or rude most places and looked at me funny when I said excuse me if I walked by anyone in a tight area. No-one else excused themselves or tried to avoid colliding down the busy morning sidewalks downtown or in shops/restaurants. My adult daughter stated it's because we are from the midwest & people do things diff here.

Great place to visit...location is great for area, price is inflated for a Hilton and for location! This hotel is squeezed between another hotel and a strip plaza. Stay closer to Pearl St for better food and better location. The a/c unit in this place is very noisy. I found this to be an average hotel for the prce and skipped out on the burgers and nachos on the menu, surrounding area has much better food with cheaper prices. Also there is a charge to park a car there that most hotels don't have.

We came into town for a football game.
We came into town for a football game. CU has the most hostile and aggressive fans that we have ever encountered. We travel to a lot of college games and were warned by a number of friends and locals about this beforehand but were definitely not prepared for the vicious and obnoxious behavior exhibited by students and adults. It took away from the experience at this fabulous stadium.
Lots of restaurants and hiking trails but definitely not the friendliest city that we have every visited, though Flatiron coffee shop is amazing.
I stayed in King room with a sofa on the 5th floor for seven days.
1) The room and ambiance were peaceful and clean
2) The staffs were friendly
3) The hotel has a policy of not cleaning the room every day; however, on my request, they changed it to every day. This demonstrates their flexibility
4) No issue with the internet
5) Free room delivery option of food from the restaurant adjacent to the hotel6) The staffs were responsive; the table lamp was not working on check-in, and they took prompt action upon reporting
On the outside, this inn looks like a run-of-the-mill motel. But inside, our suite was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location was perfect for strolling through Boulder's sweet town for dinner, and for walking to the many trailheads for hiking. So we didn't need a car at all. We also enjoyed a swim in the pool after hiking - we didn't expect to use it but it was really delightful! I was also impressed that our room was made up every day free of charge - something that big hotels don't do anymore.
We had the two bedroom suite and loved it! It had a lot of charm and space, it was even better than we anticipated. It was a very cold weekend and the rooms were nice and warm. It was great to have a kitchen and dining room to cook and eat our own meals. The morning breakfast provided by the hotel was very nice. The location was also great and convenient to all the attractions in Boulder. My 2 year old son particularly loved the playground and Boulder creek across the street.
It was in North Boulder so unless you bike you will need a car to get around. The hotel has recently been given a facelift. Our room was clean and the windows actually open! The staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was okay. I have to say the room coffee was better than the lobby but it was just fine.
Down the street on Broadway is a place called Lucky's Market. There is a cafe called Lucky's Cafe, don't miss it! We ate there 2 out of 3 mornings!
Lovely base to explore the mountains. Clean and warm. The location is perfect. There are trails starting at or nearby the hotel. It is also only like 8 minute's drive to Boulder. It definitely did exceed our expectations. Excellent value for money and perfect for Hikers / Climbers / Mountain bikers. The knowledgeable and friendly staff can help you to plan too with good advice. There is no cell signal but they provide really good and reliable wifi.
The staff was nice the bar was great I had fun talking with all the different people from other states and there occupation the breakfast was so good and no one complained to me about anything this is truly my favorite hotel in Boulder they don't judge and treat everyone with professional kindness I will be staying there again probably for now on when I need a room that's where I will go
Amazing location, walking distance to downtown and right next to the mountains and hiking trails. Very comfortable rooms, the wood cabins are great. Breakfast was simple but a good selection and there was always hot coffee available. One of my favourite stays so far in the US.
Simple, clean, well organized. Very comfortable bed. Huge shower. Microwave and fridge in the room.
Staff very friendly, kind and helpful.
Close to Downtown Boulder, Pearl Street can be reached with a short walk, about 15 minutes
a really interesting and unique hotel, lots of history and character but maintains excellent quality and attention to detail. Great location with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. comfortable and clean rooms
Great location for UC Boulder. The vibe of the hotel and room was super chill. I like the outdoor spaces as much as the decor of the room, the beds were very comfy. And the rooms were really quiet!
The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable, the property has a playground nearby and is not far from downtown. We loved our stay and we’ll go back when visiting the area.
