When I checked into the room there was no blankets or covers...
When I checked into the room there was no blankets or covers on the beds and no towels in the room so we had to change rooms. The next room didn’t have a light in the bathroom and no remote for the TV and half of the closet was missing along with the refrigerator and microwave.
When I went to check out I was told my room was not changed to my Credit Card and I showed the clerk at the desk where it had been changed and she said because I booked on booking.com there was an additional charge that needed to be paid along with my room charges. I declined to pay any additional charges because I booked the room at the rate that was charged to my card. The clerk was very rude and was rude yesterday when I asked her to have someone fix the bathroom light so I could see when I took a shower. I will not stay at this place again.

I was raised in WF, but moved away in 1989. This trip was for a funeral. But, we did look around for changes. Our old house & neighborhood looks the same. Sikes Center Mall has gone downhill. That used to be the big thing in WF. Good memories!

Staff was pleasant. That is the only good thing I can say.
Staff was pleasant. That is the only good thing I can say. DIRTY. Old sheets with spots on them. I kept checking for bugs I was so disturbed. You could not pay me to stay there again. Smelled moldy and the carpet was hard to walk on, as if the padding was torn in pieces and placed underneath. Stumbled a couple of times due to carpet. Just a truly uncomfortable stay and experience. DIRTY!

Everything about the hotel regarding amenities was great.
Everything about the hotel regarding amenities was great. It's only that the care of the room before we arrived seemed a little rushed, as I noted in my initial review. But having driven 500+ miles that day, this was a wonderful stop before reaching Dallas. I'd highly recommend.

The hotel was quiet and has a friendly staff.
The hotel was quiet and has a friendly staff. I don't like if you are local they make you pay a 200 deposit. I didn't like that the room had roaches either. Would not stay here again unless everything else is booked up.
Our stay at the Baymont started out no so well. We had booked a handicapped king room. They did not have one available to us. The room we ended up with was with two queen beds very nice room. The clerk at the Baymont had called us in route to hotel and wanted a $200.00 deposit on the room because it showed we lived in their city. Nope live in West Texas. I was happy with room. They had contracted with the hospital to house nurses during the covid outbreak.
The TV didn't have an annoying sleep feature like alot of hotels. Everything was clean and the shower drains are never clogged here which is so important to me. Everything is fuss free, always at this hotel. Everyone is always friendly and appears genuinely happy to help. Doors do not slam, beds and pillows are comfy. I love the new floors in the rooms. Everything I need and nothing I don't.
The staff here was very friendly. The hotel was pretty nice and the room was very clean with a comfortable bed. Also, the shower was pretty nice too. Breakfast was good. I like that they have a decent variety of items to choose from. Bonus for me, there was a Whataburger across the street. Perfect to grab a bite to eat since I hadn't eaten most of the day.
I didn’t fee comfortable eating the breakfast since the hotel didn’t have running water!! I honestly don’t remember if they had breakfast because we just wanted to leave. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but checked out and drove back to Dallas after the graduation we were attending in town.
I loved how clean the hotel room and whole hotel was, I loved the breakfast I loved the front desk people I loved the gym and swimming pool . The beds and pillows were comfy! I loved that there was soap and shampoo in the shower already
the property was ok , but when I got there at 11 pm that night they told me that they canceled my reservation, I am 76 years old I didn’t know nothing about Wichita Falls town it was late at night and they told me they canceled it
They did have the ac going when we arrive so we were not walking into a hot stuffy room after a full day on the road. A lot of hotels leave it off until you get there and turn it on yourself so that was nice!
2. Room and Bed was OK. Soft and clean Bed Sheets and Towels. All Equipment worked well.
Nice Market Hall for Food and Shopping in walking Distance.
For the Price it was acceptable for 1 or 2 night.
