We arrived late and when we got to our room the floor was not vacuumed/cleaned. I have an eye for crumbs, dust, trash etc and there was lots of dust and debris all over the floor. I went into the restroom and there was brown/yellowish water. I thought maybe it was just the color of the water, but nope it was someone’s pee. I flushed and should have complained but I didn’t because it was late. I should have changed rooms. The beds were made nicely and clean towels were provided. I won’t stay here again and i travel a lot.

The whole trip from the rudeness of the staff when I asked about a early check in.... To hearing our room would be ready until 3-4 pm because of cleaning. Then to get there after our daily outing and the room was dirty ,floor sticking and general over discussing conditions. It was a bad stay.

St. George is one of my favorite places.
St. George is one of my favorite places. I have stayed at various venues. This trip we had the Quality Inn on Bluff st. In the middle of the night we jumped up it was like a heard of elephants. We clhecked out at 3am!
We went to the open house of the Mormon temple. Very interesting.
Went to a restaurant Longhorns on Bluff st. A very nice restaurant but very busy.

I was there to participate in the Huntsman World Senior Games, which was my main focus. At breakfast I interacted with other athletes staying at the hotel, all of whom seemed quite happy. I enjoyed a great Mexican dinner, also a delicious Thai dinner at the Banana Blossom restaurant. St. George is close to two great national parks that I have visited on other trips. I am familiar with St. George so I knew where everything was that I needed to visit . Traffic was never an issue.
Location is easy to find off Junction 6 of the I 15. The hotel is relatively new and very clean ad tidy throughout. The staff were very knowledgeable and courteous. The young lady working reception, Clarissa, was lovely. We traveled with our small dogs and was accommodated with our request to be on the ground floor, close to an exit.
The free breakfast was another nice feature. The breakfast area was kept well stocked and very clean.
Best part of this hotel is the pool area. They most of the time have good music playing and is a pretty chill time. Not so much the case this trip, no music. Maybe 3 or 4 employees running this place, the room wasn't very clean. It was impossible to get a clean towel for the room or the pool. And most of all, it was way way way expensive. They doubled there price for the weekend. Ill NEVER stay there again. Motel 8 has the same standards
The front desk Lexi did her best to try and accommodate our original request. When she could not give us what we originally booked the hotel for she apologized and then that was that! There was nothing done after to make it right other than an apology! We specifically went to this hotel because we had such a great experience the year before. A family friend of our couldn’t make the trip because of this mix up!!
Couldn’t go because booked in the wrong country, rang both the hotel and booking.coms customer service, they would give a me refund of the purchased and told me there’s nothing they can do, yet they can STEAL a further $75 off me because I couldn’t fly there in time. Tried to resolve after 5 minutes of making the mistake and still told no. Cheers mate! Hated by aussies too. Hope you hit a deer you redneck.
Stopped by early and gave me choice of available rooms, great location near freeway. I could hear next door people, but only for few minutes then quiet night. Best stay and sleep of our entire vacation. regular hotel room with beds, fridge, microwave, extra electrical plugs, table and chairs (unlike our las vegas strip rooms). nice indoor and outdoor pools, and breakfast that we didnt use.
Best host ever! Let us check in early as we were staying because of surgery that day. We were able to get situated before surgery allowing us to just come directly to the room after surgery and get comfortable.
The room was so clean! We've stayed at several hotels this summer, and it was so refreshing to stay somewhere so clean! Many thanks to housekeeping!!
The staff/owners are middle eastern, I’m middle eastern and I found the establishment to be a little overwhelming. It’s a very old hotel that they slapped some new sheets on and they are calling it remodeled. I really don’t think it was worth the price paid for it. Didn’t feel too safe. Does opening and slamming all night/morning.
We were just there overnight, however the property exceeded our expectations and we travel to St. George at least
two times a year and will definitely stay here when we do. The room was large, set up very well and the cost made
it all so nice.
All the staff were wonderful! Always there to help, they were pleasant and nice. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and you have many different choices! Overall, the best Hotel I’ve ever stayed at!
It's a cute clean hotel. We only stayed overnight and did not make use of any of the facilities offered. The indoor-outdoor pool was a nice touch. There was free coffee 24hours.
we liked literally everything. reception lady was adorable and helped us with everything we need. The hotel is quiet and calm, the room was super big, comfortable and clean.
it had been remodeled, but the pictures were deceiving because it looks like a hotel but it’s more of a cheap roadside inn. now we understand the prepay, no refund policy
We have stayed at your hotel several times, and the room we had this time was the best we have had. We really liked the layout and comfort and coziness in the decor.
