Clean, staff were amazing and the maintenance guy was excellent. He went above and beyond his work duties and helped my mom, who is half paralyzed from a stroke, get down stairs.

I was in town for a conference at the convention center. Did not do any tourist things while there. Downtown is clean and very mellow. The hotel is a nice walk away. Helpful in a situation where the day involves lots of sitting in meetings.

Clean city, friendly people.
Clean city, friendly people. The Waterfront is especially lovely with its scenic walk, views, and many restaurants. Downtown and Uptown are easy to navigate and explore. Also, several sites with historic significance, such as Fort Vancouver.

Vancouver, WA is a wonderful community and a great base camp...
Vancouver, WA is a wonderful community and a great base camp for day trips to the surrounding area. I highly recommend staying in Vancouver. Just don't stay at the Day's Inn by Wyndham. It is a dump.
I loved the set up of the suite. it was spacious and had many amenities. The bed was SO comfortable!! I do wish there was better movie channels available, but that would be my only complaint. My kids and I loved our stay! breakfast was convenient and fresh. the staff were friendly and helpful. our room and other areas of the hotel were clean and looked nice. We will definitely be back and recommend your hotel to friends and family. Thank you!! 😊
The room was pretty standard and the check-in was friendly, but took a lot longer than I am used to. Large fridge is great. Shower is very good, and TV has free HBO channels. Beds are pretty average comfort - nothing special. Overall the hotel has average-to-below average appearance and comfort for the price. So not the best value. We tried to get a bargain, but really wish we had stayed somewhere better.
Good location and easy access to routes out of the city, which meant we were able to get down by the Waterfront and also the trips to Columbia River Gorge and Mount St. Helens. There are a few chain restaurants within walking distance as well as the Vancouver Mall. Large comfortable room. Helpful staff. Good guest laundry facilities.
Everything was wonderful. The hotel itself is lovely, modern, with an interesting and welcoming lobby area. The breakfast was excellent with a great view of the Columbia River. The location was exceptional with easy walking access to all the restaurants, walkways along the river and activities in Vancouver.
Nice large room with kitchenette. Good location and was quiet around the hotel. Unlike Portland where many street people hang around outside. Was safer feeling. They allowed our dog in the room and the rate for the dog was better then the Hotel we stayed in at Seaside was much more for the pet.
Beautiful mountain lodge style hotel . The lodge theme played out nicely in the rooms. The porte-cochere is blocked of as a restaurant extension making it a little confusing when driving up upon the lobby entrance. We managed to get unloaded fairly close to the door. ...Very nice
A quaint little hotel that has all the amenities needed to be comfortable. Breakfast included cereal, muffins, oatmeal, fruit and eggs or sausage. All in all, it was more than adequate. The only complaint would be the very uncomfortable pull out bed that my son had to sleep on.
I stayed with my son and grandson. Having separate rooms offered privacy not found in hotels or the other places I have rented. Not only was the place comfortable the host provided treats and a full kitchen. I will definitely stay there again.
The item that is a deal breaker for me and my family is to have a full size mirror in our room. Since they remodeled they have taken them out....it is important for us and this is the one item that will make us quit going to a hotel.
Newer hotel and loved the fanciness of the hotel on a Saturday night. Nice room a nice change from the typical hotel room. Was right in the middle of the waterfront area. Gina from valet was so nice and gave us great advice.
Breakfast was limited to a take-away from a Starbucks-like counter. No restaurant, no table service. I believe the hotel was being renovated... maybe the restaurant wasn't ready yet.
Bamboo mattress with crisp linen. Clean all around in the room with a microwave and small fridge. Large TV. Close to multiple restaurants and right off Highway 5.
Easy on and off.
Owen went above and beyond. I was able to get an early check in and a perfect room that made my visit to Vancouver work out perfectly. Thank you for your excellent hospitality.
