A beautiful, impressive hotel. Reception hall is grand but still welcoming. The room was very clean with great facilities, there was even a mini tumble dryer in the room.

The room was spacious and even had a balcony, it was very clean, house and bath shoes were provided - also cleaned. As my luggage was delayed, it was very positive, that they had essentials like a tooth brush, hairbrush and toothpaste in the room available. The receptionists were very welcoming and informative.

I spent there only one night waiting for my train departure from Chongqing North train station. For this purpose the location was perfect. 5min walking distance to the station.
The lady at the reception was very kind and patient when I had problems with the local payment system. She was understanding and supportive. Good pre-arrival communication. Reception is sending detailed instructions how to use public transport to reach the hotel from the airport. Very helpful.
