The rooms were great, very comfy beds and pillows. The bathroon was a little small and I couldn't get the shower as hot as I would have liked. The breakfast was amazing I really don't think you could have asked for anything else to be served and the pool area was fantastic as well. All the staff were courteous and attentive.

Great hotel with friendly staff, I was impressed there was a kids club. My little girl is under 3 but we we're able to go along together and do some crafts, disney songs ect. The gym needs some equipment replaced treadmill and bike not working. Beautiful hotel in a lovely setting, would recommend getting a car as its a little far out.. walking distance to cala gracio & gracioneta beach. The bell boys are great to get and this is a regular service. Lots of entertainment on, breakfast was good only thing missing is omlettes made to order, they do have lots of options though. Clean rooms, comfortable beds with amazing views, we picked sea view. They also have scales in reception to weigh luggage which is helpful. I would stay again 😀

Everything! All inclusive option is of a high standard, pools are great. All staff and services are fantastic. Location is the best for sunsets and a 20 minute walk from San Antonio. It has a lovely beach just a few minutes walk from the hotel.
