The location of the hotel was absolut amazing. We walked to Alcúdia in about 50 minutes at the beach and the beachfront was like 1 min away. We loved the pools und the breakfast

The staff were really friendly and helpful The rooms were small but immaculately clean and the bathroom was lovely. The shower was fantastic Nice pool, nice views, nice breakfast. We were only there for a couple of nights, but we'd definitely stay there again.

As described by other guests - the staff of the hotel is amazing and very helpful. Also, the hotel is situated perfectly - you can stay by the pool while easily walk 1 minute to jump in the sea. Food is perfect and plenty of choice (maybe the desserts are weaker comparing to the rest of the menu). Rooms are clean, there are nice views and even though there is a busy road in front of the hotel, there is no noise in the rooms or in other parts of the hotel. Perfect for little kids.

The convenience offered in this all-inclusive option is worth it. Food in the buffet restaurant exceeded our expectations. Thanks to staff at Mistral, Miquel and Carlos, for the last-minute birthday cake surprise, and to Isabel for arranging the extra bed in our room. Staff took extra effort to ensure that guests are well taken care of.
