    Likes: a well furnished room, very comfortable Dislikes: Inefficient staff, shoddy service at reception. Total lack of communication from hotel management after being charged twice for the room. Very poor, cold breakfast. Over-priced items on the menu. I would not wish to return to that hotel after the general experiences I had on my one-night stay.

    Avoid if you have disabilities .

    Avoid if you have disabilities . Parking is awful and not very disabled friendly on arrival . Not the best reception I have experienced. Too busy with a wedding event . Hotel looks great and rooms were fine . Bar staff friendly and very helpful. Bar food was great . Cleanliness was great. Just need to adapt their arrival facilities for disabled guest .

    Great location, felt safe as a solo traveller, staff very kind and helpful. Rooms were lovely, well equipped with tea/coffee tray with water and a fridge. Lovely shampoos and conditioner, luxury goose duvet. Great location for me so close to the airport for my flight the next day.

    We stayed for just the night and it was exactly what we needed. Plus a shuttle bus that took us to the terminal the next morning. When we arrived in our first room there was a really loud noise and we had to change the rooms twice, but all of this was done with patience and very helpful.

    Great location for anyone needing to be at Heathrow Airport. Good choice of hotels around, but best be sure of the road approaches. Sometimes the route to drive into or from where you are staying may be convoluted. You get there in the end though!

    Location was good, but don't make the deposit amount which the property person will ask u after the booking and when ur payment is done. That refundable deposit they will not transfer u back again , its like 20 days I check out i am still waiting its still didn't came . Scam
