As a first time experience it was more than we expected and...
As a first time experience it was more than we expected and we were helped by that by staying in the right location. Having a car seems to be unfortunately essential. The region would gain a lot from having nature trails for trekkers and cyclists. We stayed put in Capo Coda Cavallo and walked wherever we went. As it was still low season traffic was minimal and the beaches were not overly crowded.

Just 3 km is another beach Capo Coda Cavallo. Small shop with food and "mixed goods" is 200m together with small bar. Small drawback is evening disco in the close bar which can be little bit noisy in the night (if you have small child). Apartment is nice with view to the beach so evening drink on the terrace is perfect.Němec JanCzech Republic

Easy parking and a good restaurant nearby. Friendly and helpful host who has an office onsite if you need anything. Great beaches and snorkeling walkable from the apartment.
