Everything! The room, the pools, the upkeep of the gardens , the attention to detail, the variety of food, the cocktails, the choice of restaurants, but what makes this hotel exceptional is the staff . Ahmed from the restaurant who so kindly officiated at our marriage . Tatha the front of desk manager who took a great video, Alli(?) the artist/cleaner who created extraordinary decorations in our room - and many more whose names I’m afraid I don’t recall . We look forward to returning asap

Everything was perfect, food & beverage 10, housekeep 10, animation 10, pools and beach 10, with shallow water for kids and deep water from a nice marina for swimming and enjoy snorkling. Aqua park also suitable for kids and adults. All of the staff were so friendly and trying to let us be satisfied, Mr Mohamed and Mr Walid the managers and the chefs were taking care of us always asking how satisfied we are!.....we would like to come back again next year

The staff is super friendly and provide you with a great service. The entertainment is on the high level, every day there was something interesting to see and the fire show in boho style was amazing! There are many activities you can make and the animators team will always assist you. A great bonus was to see almost no russians in the hotel!

The bay is OK.
The bay is OK. Due to the windy weather most of the time it was quite sandy and the water where one enters to snorkel, but the reef itself was nice. Abu Dabbab, just 35km further south, is significantly more beautiful.

This location is best for snorkeling and diving lovers, if you want to enjoy just sandy beach or have very small kids, I suggest another location as this one is surrounded by coral reefs. Sandy beach is small and crowded.

The resort was amazing.
The resort was amazing. The restaurants staff, entertainment staff, cleaning staff and reception staff were all friendly and ready to help in any way. The location is remote, there are a few excursions available but otherwise don't the area surrounded by other resorts. But if you like snorkelling, this is the place to be! We are already talking about our next visit!

Wonderful resort overall. Well located near the airport and in front of Coraya Bay which is beautiful with lots of sea life to watch with a simple snorkeling even in low waters. The only things I feel they could and should improve, given the otherwise excellent general level: the food quality and service at the beach bar; pasta at the main restaurant (shouldn’t be already totally cooked to then get heated in hot water as requested, that’s not cooking pasta, that’s killing it- not to mention the sauces); most sellers at the local shops are too pushy, they should stay on top of that. À la carte restaurants impossible to book during the entire stay (10 days) for several reasons; free Wi-Fi signal weak and unstable even at the reception (it improved the last two days, after what looked like an update of their platform).MorenoPortugal - 10Scored 10

Area is mainly for relaxing or diving. Mainly hotels. We did not went out from the complex. Main purpose was diving Marsa Alam airport is really close by. Taxis can be arranged by the hotel or through a few providers in the area. We drove from Hurghada airport (2:30 to 3hrs). Is worth the drive if you are staying there for a week. You have also Port Ghalib nearby.

Pro's: - Clean accommodation. - Variety in food. Con's - Terrible staff, not only general but management as well. They don't speak English, nor show any interest in their guests. Questions or requests are never heard because they simply don't understand you. (knotting "yes yes", but have no idea what you're asking) - No WiFi in the accommodations, only in the lobby. - Very noisy accommodation. So never go here with small children or babies. Staff & management yell through the hallways when they are there fixing stuff or are there for some other reason. We had to ask them a few times to be more considered. - "Entertainment crew"..... Well.... Again, no English. - The waterpark is located in a nearby hotel, not on the premise itself as the photos are suggesting. (and they tried to charge us extra for it...) In conclusion, I wouldn't recommend this accommodation. All of the features are better equipped/organized in other accommodations

Room is clean and quiet. We had a pool view. I guess all the rooms have great views weather its pool or garden. Buffet food is very delicious and has a wide variety of dishes. Staff are very welcoming and offer their best service. Thank you Mr Saad for your help and support. Kids club is so much fun and has loads of toys and indoor/outdoor activities.
