Being the third time in the last few years to be guest in this hotel I can only repeat my previous excellent reviews. The services incl. the lounge and the food & beverages are very good, but the core asset of this hotel is and stays: the employees. So our great thanks go - again - to Juan, Reyes, Diana, Monica, Zoli y Jesus Manuel in particular, but also generally speaking to all the staff visible or invisible for us that made this stay marvellous. Room - was good with lovely views, it felt like a city holiday for sure. We did have issues with our rooms air conditioning. When we approached the hotel, they stated that it was an issue with the entire building and this too 3 days to fix. This was an issue for us and the fact that it wasn't resolved properly had an negative impact (we obviously were not looking forward to coming back to a Non-AC room in the boiling heat of Ibiza. Location - Central, and easy to access. Parking is difficult but the receptionist was excellent at navigating us to a parking spot few streets down the road (10 min walk). It was lovely.
