Great location very close to the beach. The weather was unstable so we did not check the beach. It was great to do the check in very late at night after hours when we arrive. The breakfast was excelent and the staff was very kind asking what we want to eat. The room was clean but need some modernization and we needed to do our own bed. The payment was not easy… relation quality price needs improvement

If what you’re looking for is location, this place has it in spades. The view from the balcony, the sunsets… did I mention the balcony 😊?
The staff were helpful and pleasant, and always willing to be of assistance. Breakfast was plentiful and freshly prepared (we could hear eggs being fried and scrambled on entering the breakfast room!) and included hot (eggs, sausages, bacon) and cold (bougatsa, spanakopita, yogurt and honey, cereals, fruit, bread etc) offerings.
We had room 118, which though spotless, was a bit on the small side, especially when two large suitcases were added to the mix! Having to climb a narrow flight of seventeen steps which curled to the door (like a stretched out spiral!) made things a bit tricky, especially while having to lug a couple of suitcases.
The pool bar offers a basic menu (club sandwiches, a couple of pasta dishes, salads and pizzas) all freshly made to order throughout the day. It was disappointing to find the restaurant closed (we went in early May, maybe too soon in the season?) though for those wanting the exercise the town of Sivota is a 10-12 minutes walk downhill (25-30 minutes back uphill after a hearty meal!).
Parking is available onsite on a first come, first served basis. There are about 10 spaces on the Reception level and another half dozen or so further down, but these are of difficult access.
In terms of value for money, we could not be happier, but for a 4-star the rooms should be roomier and access both to the flat and to the hotel a little less tricky.
Would any of this stop us coming back? Absolutely not, but we’d ask for a ground floor next time!

A small village not by the sea but in close distance from the nearby beaches. You can find everything you need at the square (cafés, restaurants, mini markets, ATM, playground). Don't miss Knife and Fork restaurant, great food(meat, pasta, fish) and friendly staff, and Oasis Bar (a variety of cocktails and friendly staff, too.)

Very nice location.
Very nice location. Close enough and far enough from the two large centers that are drowned by population. People are very hospitable and kind and the prices are much more tolerable than those in Sivota, Parga etc
Fantastic family run ‘resort’ with three different room types in 3 buildings. Owner is super helpful and welcoming which makes your stay outstanding. Rooms are always spotless clean, large and with all what you need to have a nice stay. Swimming pool is great, with plenty of sun beds.
Beach is just amazing! In waking distance, sand and lot of wind beds.
Restaurants either close to beach, for dinner we drove up to Perdika. .
Overall this place is a gem in an area that is not fully overcrowded like Sivota or even Parga.
The hotel was perfect to us. It was very clean, the staff was very helpful and do for us everything we needed! Breakfast was really good. Every day I got a cup of nice capucino - thank you so much!
Our son liked the pool very much - he played there every day. And the view from the balcony was exceptional!
Near to Perdika we found several beautiful beaches - we went to tge different one every day from our stay!
Thank you very much for everything - we will come again!!!
Difficult to put into words how amazing this place is. Forgetting the unbelievably picturesque settings for a moment, the service we experienced here was truly exceptional. Everyone working at the hotel was incredibly kind, but I'd like to personally mention Pedro, Anrdea, Frediki and her husband (who's name I cannot remember!) for making our trip so special. I'm still mentally there and I wish I could have stayed for so much longer!
The breakfast was excellent, with lots of options for drinking and eating, the cooking was delicious, and the staff was ready to serve anything we asked for. There was nothing there I did not like, everything was excellent from the owner Mihalis, and the staff and their service and their behavior, very polite and ready to help us with any request we had. I would gladly go back to Olivista hotel to spend my vacations there.
The staff were amazing! Love that it was a husband, wife, and son. They were so easy to deal with. We even had to leave early the next day to catch a ferry out of Igoumenista, and couldn’t stay for breakfast so the owner came out w/ croissants wrapped in tin foil for our car ride! The hotel is right on the water- easy beach access with chairs and a pool. Wonderful!
I visited this place for it's exceptional Seas and happened to stay in this Hotel for 2 days. The experience was awesome! The Staff was extremely friendly throughout my stay, like so the service and it made us feel pretty comfortable. The food is amazing, I would give it a 5/5! Also they rent bikes for free, so you can enjoy a nice trip near the sea or even further.
The location was great if you like privacy. A great view. Great host and stuff. Nice place if you want to visit the Ionian coast. Perdika has a few great stores with all the necessities. You don't have to take much stuff with you, if any.
The appliances are new (washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, ...) and the villa has a fresh modern look.
What a nice place! Rooms are brand new and nicely decorated, nice views and access to forest walks for nature lovers.
Maria, Giorgos and the rest of the family were all super welcoming and helpful at all times.
Breakfast is certainly the best breakfast we ever had in a hotel.
Rooms were cleaned regularly to a very good standard which we highly appreciated.
We enjoyed the location of the place and the modern facilities. The beds were very comfortable. The apartments have an amazing view over the Ionian bay and the setting offers a very peaceful environment. The staff was very nice and attentive when we had an issue with the bathroom.
Perdika is a very nice village and offers a lot of options for good food.
Modern, clean, comfortable accommodation with a lovely private pool and outdoor area. Tzeni and Dimitris work very hard and make you feel very welcome with surprise delicious treats. Perdika has a good choice of restaurants and we had an excellent meal at The Crabs Taverna. Our favourite beach is Arillas. We would definitely go back again.
The staff is awesome. The place has a soul. The view from the hotel room is stunning. Really good breakfast.
The position is uphill but is a perfect location for exploring the area.
We had a dinner once, everything was super tasty, so the chef is really good.
Really good value for money, and we stayed in high season.
The hotel offers a wonderful view, the courtyard and the garden are decorated with beautiful Mediterranean plants. Breakfast consists in appetizing dishes. The owners are very kind. Arilla Beach offers optimal conditions for recreation, even if it is 5 minutes away by car. We had an excellent stay in this location.
A great experience to stay in this amazing place and enjoy the breathtaking views of the sea and the islands, as well as the interior and exterior of this modern hotel. The welcome and hospitality were above and beyond, the food was excellent, the proximity to the beach, the cleanliness, in short, everything.
3rd time staying at this hotel, everything was excellent. Comfortable and clean facilities, friendly personnel, very nice place not crowded by tourist. Excellent food at the perivoli restaurant. Congratulations to kyria Maria for the very tasty foods.
Excellent host and crew! Polite, kind, helpful!
Loved the breakfast, lots of options to choose from!
Perfect location, 3 mins walking distance from the beach.
I recommend Olivista Hotel for a relaxing time for big family like us or couples.
The staff was very accommodating. The value offered by the hotel is in accordance with the price. It is clean, offers a generous breakfast, the view is great, it has a nice pool.
Great hotel, new, wonderful staff and amazing view…gym could be bigger and more selection at restaurants they had but overall great experience and value.
