The location to the airport is very convenient. I was disappointed that the cost of leaving your vehicle for your week away was so high. As of many past stays there it was included in your room cost.

Loved everything except the stairs on the uneven 2nd floor: could not take the luggage trolley all the way to our room: had to take our 6 bags manually down to our room while my spouse stayed with the trolley below the stairs. Love the location, pool (did not use this trip), the staff and shuttle but going up the stairs to continue on 2nd floor was SO inconvenient. Also enjoyed the restaurant in the evening. (And I don't usually complain.) Sorry....

Parking is an issue.
Parking is an issue. If you have a rental car and leave the hotel parking lot - you have to pay each time you come and go! There should be one set fee for visitors instead of paying a significant amount each time.

The stay and staff were great but the restaurant area is poorly laid out. There were people constantly coming in the front doors and the restaurant is located right beside this area. Just about EVERYONE in the restaurant was sitting and eating with their coats on.

After 45 minutes of waiting and 3 different people phoning to get 3 different stories the shuttle
finally showed up with an extremely unhappy, unfriendly driver.
They did NOT have my reservation even though I had confirmation from you twice!!
And at 11pm after a whole day or traveling with a child I was very not happy.
There is no where to get any food delivered and except for snacks at the front counter there was nothing to feed a child or tired family.
The floor in the room was dirty, yes, I reported it.
The continental breakfast was a disaster with almost everything run out and no seeming to care.
Not happy with any of it.

Convenient location next to airport. Reliable shuttle service and free long term parking for guests was a plus. Room and facility overall would be rated as average - nothing exceptional. We were not informed of the extra "deposit" charge on our credit card until we were checking in.
Complimentary breakfast was good and restaurant on site was fine but a little on the pricey side.
The room needed painting as many scratches and dirty marks from furniture marking the walls. Bathroom towel rack had lots of rust (under), floors had build up of soil in corners (bathroom). The hotel's hallway was very cold. Our toilet was running due to a faulty handle that we reported. Breakfast was very good. The pizza was good but the smallest size was 12 inch would easily feed 3 to 4 adults. The hotel has a notice that it is undergoing a reno. The cost should reflect the condition of the hotel.
I am from Amherst, n.s. the convenience of being at the airport the night before to catch an early flight is great. I loved the hotel it is very clean and friendly and just a short walk through the concord to the airport. They have a pizza oven downstairs which next time i would love to try. It is a short walk as well to airport restaurant and coffee shop. The beds were very comfortable no complaints whatsoever except a little pricey. I definately would stay again. The view is nice as well.
Hotel and room were clean and well kept. Staff helpful. The restaurant provided a menu with good selections and served quality meals. Appreciated the convenience of a shuttle from/to the airport. Reasonable price, overall one of the better stays on our vacation.
We needed a convenient stay for five people between two legs of a trip. This hotel was perfect - clean and very comfortable, friendly staff, airport shuttle and breakfast for a very fair price. Everyone was on top of Covid protocols too, which we appreciated.

I like the location of this hotel as I usually arrive in Halifax very late in the evening. They are always accommodating and welcoming when I arrive late.
Good shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. Decent beds. ATM in the lobby. Decent pub style restaurant open late 1am. Free coffee in the lobby.
