Great location. Shona the owner went out of her way to help us secure a dive trip for the thresher sharks as we had such difficulty finding a company. She also gave great recommendations for restaurants. Beds were comfy and we really enjoyed the roof top. Many thanks

The Rasta smoothie were EXCELLENT ( main road behind Logon Beach) . The diving was something that will never be forgotten - Gato Island and the Thresher sharks with DIVE NATION - a wonderful team. It's a quaint little town enough to bring peace, relaxation and serenity. I like North beach a lot. Water is amazingly crystal blue clear! This is exactly what i was looking for. I had to ride in one of those motorbikes to get to North beach from where I stayed The locals are helpful and friendly, typical of the Filipino hospitality. The guy who took me to North beach referred me to the "market place" where i can buy cheaper food and as an alternative to the restaurants by the beach. I definitely enjoyed this place especially the beach.

It is a beautiful island filled with helpful people. Very close to beaches everywhere and a half days snorkling boat tour is offered to you constantly and very worth it. Snorkling with black tip sharks is super close. A lot of small shops and food places.

The island is good to relax & unwind especially that there are not much tourist yet compared to other beaches, we did island hopping & snorkling the 2nd day we wemt to Kalanggaman island., we also enjoyed the locall food in the narket. . With such a price, I of course didn’t except state of the art facilities. The place is a bit rustic like the island in general, but I actually slept really really well in the dorms, you are well isolated in your bed for a good sleep. Beside that, the personnel is amazing and helpful, we had a friend with an injury and they went above and b beyond to help her and reassure her. Location is perfect, right next to the market for breakfast and diner. I ended up extending my stay both for the life on the island and because the hostel was nice :)

bad thing first, our AC broke down and we had a horrible night but the hotel showed their professionality and gave us another room (upgraded). the staff is the best and takes care of your belonging . the room are spacious and clean. all with a nice balcony in front. the restaurant is great. make sure that you get the ocean view, it is spectacular. the sunset at the restaurant / beach is the best on the whole island. and also the snorkeling is awesome there!

The location is great, right in front of the beach in a quiet area with a beautiful soothing garden. The resort is about 7 minutes walk to the market where there are great food options as the hotel doesn't have a restaurant. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help with a smile. We booked several tours through the hotel and everything was great. We love the island and we will definitely stay at the resort again.

I will say that the Crown had the most comfortable beds and best linens of our entire trip to Southeast Asia. It does have a nice sunset view, but you can do better and have happy hour drinks by going to a restaurant along the beach. Someone from the hotel met us at the ferry and guided us to the hotel which was about a 5 minute walk. the AC was good and free drinking water was provided.

The room was a good size. There was free water for guests to refill as they pleased. We were provided with a kettle and tea and coffee. The rooms were very clean and were just overall very nice and comfortable. The location was good, but the island is so small that the whole thing is walkable. Showers are salt water, but I think its that way everywhere on the island so we didn't mind.

They were so hospitable - we got welcome drinks upon arrival, as well as drinks after we got back from our dive. Although it was a bit further away from the town centre and the port on the island, it was peaceful, the beach didn't have as many boats along the sand as others on the island did and we were closer to the lighthouse & cliff jumping than other resorts as well.

The hotel on the southern part of the island and surrounded with small shops, restaurants and other hotels. A short walk will take you to the nearest beach but if you like to visit the north beach (the best), you rather take a motorcycletaxi because it´s a quite a long way to go. As it is most everywhere i the Philippines, the oceanwater is warm and turquoise blue.

It's very reasonable priced, the dorm has Aircon and curtains. They have restaurant on site so I could order breakfast before my morning dive. The place is so cheap that I met a lot of cool people (cheap places have the best people!) Shower had hot water and was cleaned often. Very clean dorm as well. Nice staff.

Convenient location near the beach, snorkeling, restaurants. It’s far enough from the bars to be quiet and the hotel has quiet hours so you don’t hear your neighbors. The staff were always smiling and helpful. They recommended an incredible spa and fabulous beach BBQ for our New Year’s Eve celebration.

I liked the serenity the place has to offer. During our stay, the waves are not strong and i think there are no other hotels beside the hotel, so we have the beach to ourselves. This is perfect for couples who just want to stay in a single place.
