The manager and staff remembered me and what I was up to that day and talked to me about it when I came back after that long day. They gave casual recommendations on what could be done in Gili Meno. Breakfast was decently delicious and could be delivered directly to my room. The room was amazingly prepared and created a sunset-ready vibe. I may want to come back again to have dinner in my room as I watch the sunset from the balcony.
Perhaps with the sound of the waves at night and the comfiness of the Aircon and bed, I slept so well.

Such a wonderful accommodation! Everything was perfect, kind and very helpful staff and the breakfast was delicious! Bicycles could be rented directly in the accommodation as well.

perfect perfect perfect. close to the harbour, most people stay further away so it was super quiet. I could easily travel to the west for sunset, and sunrise breakfasts were perfect. Sam looked after me and i enjoyed the outdoor shower, hammock on the balcony and chatting with all the locals. super cheap compared to other places as longas you don't mind to walk 10 minutes to anywhere else on thre island

Location amazing - directly on beach immediately in front of turtle heaven and coral garden. amazing snorkelling just 15 metres out. Fantastic air con. Staff lovely and so so helpful. Small and friendly hotel. Meno is awesome. Hippy island vibe. People wwonderful. Amazing value for money.

Nice big hut! The furnishings were lovely and the tv was a huge bonus! A little far from the pier but once we hired bikes it was great. The outside bathroom did have a huge spider in which made it uncomfortable to shower after that. Can’t be helped but is a downside of an outside bathroom.

If you want to be on an island this is perfect. Quiet and relaxing. Plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. Nice to walk around whole island and see the different sides to it. Was a very friendly and slow pace perfect.

Gili Meno is the quietest island as there are not really...
Gili Meno is the quietest island as there are not really proper roads , just a short part around the port has paving stones - there are a few bicycles for hire and two pony and carts operating to transport tourists and their luggage. Walking is the best way to get around and the distances are short! The locals get around on foot or electric scooters. It is a popular place for couples. We only stayed on the eastern side near the port, the beach area South of the port is lovely and this is where we spent most of our time. There is great snorkling just off the beach, there are a couple of warungs who set up tables on the sand, we loved sitting there at sunset time and enjoyed the views of Gili Air and Lombok. I found it was best to stick with the local seafood dishes - snapper and prawns were our favourite. Very good price too. I found it was worth paying a bit extra to be at accomodation on the beach -avoid going inland . We stayed at Biru Meno and the location was incredible, worth it for the experience and to enjoy what the island has to offer. The position of the bungalows couldn’t be improved. There’s lots of seating options, sun beds or cushions on the beach.Staff are very attentive and knowledgeable. A nice touch was a surprise complimentary delicious deep fried banana one afternoon. Perfect for snorkelling, loads of beautiful fish, turtles and coral.
