Been visiting for a while and never had issues or reason to complain but in the past 2 stays I've had people that would knock on the door and then don't wait for an answer but immediately come in for room service or to clean. I find this extremely annoying and unprofessional. Doesnt the staff know which rooms are occupied or get a list. If perhaps 10 o clock is the time to clean why are we not advised when we check in to put a sign on the door. Why is check out time 11:00 and by 10:00 already there's people wanting to clean.
