So many little touches that made this a great place for me to stay for the night. I'd like to say that I hated this place so that others won't book it and it will be available the next time that I want to stay!

The room was very clean and decently sized. Everything worked perfectly except a power socket, but it was reported to reception and they apologised for it. We did not enjoy the restaurant but it has a lovely view and the entire resort is stunningly gorgeous, quiet and peaceful. The staff at check-in and check-out were very friendly and keen to assist our queries. It is not very close to St Ives train station but the walk is enjoyable on a day with good weather. Overall excellent value for money compared to other accommodation options nearby.

The hotel was on a superb location, only a few minutes walk from train station. The beach was close. All local shops and restaurants were walking distance. The hotel had best view resturant and excellent food menu. The view from our room was breathtaking. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Excellent! Will visit again in summer.

Perfect choice of breakfast and evening meal.
All staff gave very friendly, calm service, and sought to meet our need for less stairs: gave us room on the lower floor when it became available - to cater for my partner's arthritic hip.
Enjoyed the view of the sea,
Very roomy, extremely comfortable bed, with lots of pillows and cushions,
No hassle to leave by 10 am!
Many thanks for three very comfortable nights

We chose the location for a short autumn break and it suited us because of the easy access to St Ives, Mount’s Bay etc. We also wanted to eat at the Ugly Butterfly as we are very keen on Adam Handling’s food.

Heater provided for room as it was a cold day, books to read was a good touch but all the same author ! DVDs to watch an excellent idea , tea and coffee was easy to make in room. , food was great , unfortunately private cottages at rear had barking dogs all night which totally ruined my stay as they were left outside all night barking , this was not the fault of my hosts, and they said they would report to the agents at rear, I would stay again here however and they accommodated my walk in shower wishes which was great

Beautiful white sandy bay with restaurant, bar and toilets.
Beautiful white sandy bay with restaurant, bar and toilets.
Access is via a very steep hill but there is a small car park but costly at £20 a day.
Going down to the beach is fine, but going back up is a struggle, especially in this heat wave we’re currently having!!
Izabela with her chickens are so friendly and impressive❤️Location near Carbis bay which has one of most beautiful beaches🌊There are also some wonderful restaurant nearby🍽
It's really peaceful with the private garden at Sailaway especially when setting the fire at night there. Room are cosy with so cute cups.🤗✨
We did have a memorable experience, the breakfast on our request was just amazing👍
Location was fantastic, first time in Carbis Bay and loved it. Train into St Ives was so cheap, quick and easy and we had a wonderful few days. Coffee machine and Scones with jam and clotted cream were were a wonderful touch. Bed was extremely comfortable and we loved our little, comfortable apartment on the coast. Will definitely come again!
Location,5 mins drive to St Ives and close to most coast places, we went to Gwithian, St Agnes, Mousehole, Porthtowan Carbis bay , just a few within 25mins drive away. on site parking at our stay.
Carbis Bay Suite we stayed in was lovely, ideal for two people and parking free! five mins drive to St Ives or 20min cliff walk
Quiet cul-de-sac location with ample parking. Didn’t need to use the car the whole time we were there; great walking (on the coast path) and easy train access to explore.
Carbis bay beach a short (if steep) walk from the house.
Light and bright inside the property. Comfy beds and nice white linens.
Amazing Staff and wonderfull breakfast options with cereals, fruits, yogurts and different options of pastry. Nice and clean rooms as well :)
It is quite a down hill walk to the Carbis Bay Beach, but not far! Also a 40 min walk to St Ives through the SW Costpath.
Owners wonderful attention to detail meant we had a really lovely stay in this peaceful part of Carbis Bay. The outside area was a welcome addition when the weather turned sunny. Would love to return soon, thank you for a super short stay vacation.
Breakfast excellent, location fine as close to lovely Carbis Bay though immediate area rather depressing as among council-house type buildings.
Found the interior decor depressing too! Outside patio/garden was great.
Fabulous location, basement apartment with a lovely decking terrace with amazing views of Carbis Bay beach. Gated and a short walk to the station to take you on a lovely scenic short train journey to St Ives
Exceeded my expectations as it was very nice pub accommodation which was great value for money. Very close to carbis Bay which was ideal for us. Breakfast was also excellent and free parking onsite.
great location, spotless, comfortable and well equipped. brilliant value for money compared to other places we have stayed in carbis bay. sea view a real bonus and would definitely stay again.
Very cool, authentic, old pub, which I loved. The patrons and staff were very friendly. I felt like I was staying at a neighborhood hangout, not a hotel.
The restaurant/pub is wonderful.
The hotel was along the highway, near Tesco, and also the bus station. There is an access foot path going to the beach for 7-10 mins walk and it just across the hotel.
Excellent allround together with a fabulous breakfast, friendly and very helpful hosts. Great location to Carbis Bay and great link to St Ives along a hillside path.
