River cruise and tour bus brilliant. Very friendly people. Loved both the Catholic and Anglican cathedrals. The meal in All Bar One adjoining the property was good, as was the Wethersppoons next door. Over the road from a rail station so easy to get to. Close to Pier Head and shopping centre. Great value River cruise and tour bus. Also visited Crosby on Merseyraol, excellent service. I hope to return soon.

Very interesting city, not just historically, but also as far as contemporary arts, architecture, music & culture are concerned. Never in me life have seen & heard so many talented & capable street musicans. 9 out of 10 Liverpudlians I've met were very helpful, open minded & cordial - simply gorgeous people.
Even though I hate puplic transport - I've loved the DayRider stagecoach ticket. So much 2 see, hear, feel, experience & enjoy - so little time.
Came for a fottball match & fell in love with the city & its lovely inhabitants.
I would like 2 quote A. Schwarzenegger: "I'll be back."
'nuff said.

Me and my fiancé had a fabulous stay.
Me and my fiancé had a fabulous stay. Hotel was in the best location, round the corner from The Cavern and close to the docks. We did the Magical Mystery Tour and it dropped us off outside the Hard Days Night hotel which was perfect. Liverpudlian people are so so friendly. Staff at the hotel were so lovely. Eric the concierge met us as we were leaving and he was great too (aka Michael McDonald). Loved our whole stay in Liverpool.

Liverpool is a lovely city and there is so much to see and do! This was my second visit to the Liverpool and I still have not managed to see all the attractions there! There is culture and music, football, very large and beautiful shopping malls, the River Mersey, the Royal Albert Dock and the Beatles! All with their own sites for you to enjoy!! And above all, the people are so very friendly, helpful and welcoming!
Having to travel all over the North of England for work, this is by far my favourite hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, professional and more than happy to assist with any queries. The hotel is presented beautifully in an industrial chic design to reflect its history, presumably as an old tobacco mill or similar. The rooms are absolutely enormous with ample facilities and a superb level of comfort & cleanliness. Will absolutely return as and when opportunity arises.
Firstly I would like to mention the staff at breakfast, we have never stayed at a hotel anywhere in England where the staff were so friendly and attentive. We honestly felt like family.
Now the breakfast.. I'm not a lover of full English but decided to try it out and so glad I did!! It was fresh, tasty, absolutely perfect. I did say I wouldn’t have it again the next morning but couldn’t resist it when I saw all the other guests eating. The best full English in Liverpool and afar!!
the location is excellent so close to both railway and city Centre, the room was comfortable and clean with a good view down towards the Mersey, the breakfast was excellent, great choices and very good quality produce, (as a chef a hotels food quality is benchmark for me) both the dining area and the spacious bar were spotless and well appointed, I have stayed in hotels and paid double the price that were not as good as this, I am sure I will return next time I visit Liverpool.
The location of the hotel is excellent with access to the docks and the city centre a few minutes walk away. The Liverpool One shopping centre is literally on its doorstep. The reception staff were very friendly, polite and helpful, assisting us to leave luggage prior to checking in and after checking out. The bed was very comfortable and we both had a great sleep. The room was spotless and the bathroom and shower was excellent.
The hotel has a fantastic location for those looking to explore the vibrant docks and immerse themselves in the rich Beatles history, with one of the museum being conveniently close by. While the city centre may require a bit walk to reach, it is certainly within a reasonable distance. Despite facing some issues, the staff demonstrated a commendable level of helpfulness and friendliness in general.
Clean comfortable bed
Staff helful
Car parking great 11.00 for one night when stay at hotel if went to explore Liverpool nexts day ask keep your car in car park for extra charge of £11 a day very good value condering other car parks so costly in Liverpool City centre it's close to Liverpool one Albert docks great view looking over river Mersey
The hotel is in a great location to access Liverpool city centre. It's near the docks, Beatles Museum, Maritime Museum and others, while only a short walk to the central shops, bars and restaurants. The staff were really friendly and the room was lovely and clean and quiet.
Great location
Friendly, helpful staff

Within easy walking distance of Albert Docks, Liverpool One and Baltic Triangle
A budget hotel at its best
Wonderful, friendly staff. Great beds and fantastic breakfast. The restaurant overlooks historic, vintage aircraft. Nice bonus.
Loads of buses outside of hotel for Liverpool City centre. Cheap one day pass at £4.50.
Two large shopping centres nearby too.
Third time staying at this hotel and for good reason, always the best stay. Great staff, warm and comfortable rooms. The breakfast downstairs, or served in room, is top. Location pretty much perfect for Liverpool City centre. Always a shame to leave.
The room was of an ok size and the hotel was in a good location - right in the city centre, accessible to most shops and restaurants. The bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly and my room was cleaned and tidied everyday.
The location is ideal for seeing the city centre which is fairly small (but hilly). The car parking was very welcome as the area has other hotels where parking in public car parks is more expensive and less secure,
location in the heart of the city
