Lovely pool area, small secure complex with 8 apartments. 20 mins walk to the start of the strip, Lovely walks (and cycle routes) in both directions. Supermarket, bars and restaurants within 5 mins walk. Help was at hand with quick responses if we had any questions.

The apartment is very nice and cozy. There is plenty of space and the shared pool is also a welcome addition. The cleanliness is exceptional, our apartment was cleaned almost every day. The staff is very kind and tries to help and solve any problems. For example I did not like the hard pillow, so they gave me a soft one immediately.

I think I have never stayed in such a gorgeous place like this. Yet a simple place, with a quiet, and friendly atmosphere. It was simply AMAZING. The apartment was very spacious (including the bathroom) and It had everything we needed. the staff was super duper kind and even got us Xmas gifts (Spanish traditional dulces). Very close to shops, many restaurants, and supermarkets. Besides the pool, they have this private pathway straight to the Puerto del Carmen beach. I would definitely book it again, and I do recommend it!

Communication from the hosts on pre-arrival and during our stay was very informative. The accomodation itself was of a very high standard including decor. The little extra touches of the beautiful welcome pack that we received upon arrival, really surprised us. The accommodation itself had everything that we needed, just a great stay overall.

Switzerland
We had a wonderful stay in this really lovely apartment. Very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Its location is just perfect : it is in a really quiet area but only a few minutes walk from many restaurants, shops, places to enjoy a drink etc. We were staying in one of the first floor apartments which also offers a nice view. There is the huge municipal parking lot (totally free of charge !) 50 meters away. You will also find two big supermarkets close by. The central location of Puerto del Carmen is geographically perfect to visit the island. And last but certainly not least, Lorena (our host) has been wonderful : very reactive whenever we needed to exchange with her, she also gave us all kinds of helpful advice and tips for restaurants or places we shouldn’t miss while in Lanzarote. It is a real “plus” to have a host like her ! Well, we definitely highly recommend this place. We hope we will be back to Lanzarote soon and there is one sure thing : we will stay there again, no doubt about that !

There is a spar supermarket across the road for all of your needs. The studio room with kitchen was prefect for self catering . The room was clean and kept clean by lovely maids. beds are comfy , there where extra blankets if needed , loads of loo roll supplied. Soap, toiletries, washing up liquid and tea towel supplied.
