We had a wonderful 14-day stay at the House Bartulovic. The host and his wife were very helpful, friendly and made us feel like at home. The apartment was very clean and spacious- 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with a shower, one with a bathtub) and the kitchen with the dinning and sitting room. There was a big balcony from which we could admire beautiful sea and mountain views. The towels and the bed linen were changed every few days, kitchen was equipped with more than what we needed during our stay. We had a private, safe parking spot next to the house. Location of the apartment is perfect! Close to the beach (7-10 min. walk), local shops, bars and restaurants. In addition to all the above, the hosts were surprising us with nice gifts (fruits, drinks, delicious cheese & ham and snacks for the kids). The stay at House Bartulovic exceeded our expectations in all terms: the accommodation, location and hospitability of the hosts. We are happy that we could spend our holiday at this appartment. Beautiful apartment with stunning views. Ante is very kind and helpful. Beds are really comfortable. The place is very spacious. A bbq is at your disposal. We really enjoyed our hikes along the seashore of Brela and the sunsets. Just perfect

I'm very happy that we chose exactly that location & apartment. We had really peaceful dialogues with owners, they are willing to help you with all problems & questions you have. Also, I would like to point out that location of the building is very nice - in the evening you can relax without additional noise and see beautiful picture from your balcony or window (almost all apartments have sea view). Sea House Resort has free parking spots & located really near the sea with good beaches - ~5 mins. The apartment was really clean & new, almost all necessary staff you can find inside. Also, you have the ability to use washing machine for a small price. There is no arguing with the fact that you should take your pets with you - because owners really love them. 100% recommend, hope to see you next summer.

The added bonus was beautiful fig trees in the courtyard. We highly recommend this place for large groups.

Location is excellent, lots of stairs to go down and come up but we didn’t mind it at all. Walk down to the beach approximately 5-7 minutes.

We got the privacy we needed which was great. Everything is as shown in the pictures. The apartment has all the kitchenware needed for a longer stay. Washing machine was amazing, it washed everything in under 30 minutes.
