super reception- very well organised and very friendly - contacted me a few days before via whatsapp to arrange arrival timing - if I needed taxi. yes i needed a taxi from aeroport . Taxi was on time at the aeroport and was on time from appartement to aeroport again the next morning. I had a very nice and peacefull time. very well located near a roof top view and the old beautiful city. The receptionist explained directly according to our wishes were we could have a nice diner sand nice walks . We had a welcome gift in our appartement that was a super nice suprise. My whole family were really positiv suprised. The place is very relax and there are several places in the property to relax and enjoy the time. we slept very peacefull as there was not any noice. If I come back to bergamo one day , I will for sure choose this location/ appartement again.

A lovely stay in Bergamo - perfect location between new & old parts of the city, very quiet, great air con when needed, and Lorenzo is a very attentive host, there to answer all questions and he provided lots of recommendations for things to do & places to eat. It must have taken an incredible amount of time and effort to make such a homely apartment. We only stayed for one night after a delayed flight but the host was very accommodating of this, the apartment would be more than suitable for much longer stays for couples or small families as it has everything you could possibly need supplied for you. The bed and pillows are SO comfortable, the entire experience surpasses all expectations and is brilliant value for money, would strongly recommend this place for bergamo travellers.

An excellent choice to stay in Bergamo. THe area itself is quiet, there is a small grocery store across the road and a huge supermarket 10 mins walk from the flat. Children had nice time in the park (7 mins walk), which has a big playground. The apartment itself has everything you might need (even the olive oil was there, thank you Alessandro), so we were able to cook. There is a washing machine in the apartment, which was handy. Rooms are very spacious and they have desks should you need to work. Overall we were very happy during our stay. Alessandro collected us at the rail station and brought us to the airport, which was a huge help. Its also very easy to get to the city centre by bus. We would definitely stay again.
