The location is very central that we could walk to all major sightseeing places including the train station. So many great restaurants near by! The apartment looks exactly the same from the advertised pictures. Communication with the host is easy & prompt. Self check in & out are easy. The apt is newly renovated, nicely decorated & very comfortable with a functional balcony. It’s spotlessly clean. Coffee, tea, olive oil & water are all a nice touch and convenient to have. Room service even being provided on our second day there. My husband & I love the place.

Our stay at Peonia Boutique Apartments was perfect! We received a warm greeting upon our late arrival with lots of local tips and help, and really great communication from our hosts - Stefania's lovely and brought us delicious local pastries and coffee in the mornings and was just incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The apartments are located very centrally in the old town and it's an excellent base from which to explore Palermo - we had the room with the hot tub and outdoor terrace which we thoroughly enjoyed. Highly recommend!

Thank you Natalia! It was one of the best experiences we have ever had! Everything you could dream of was in the nice appartement. Host was super helpful and caring, we do miss the attitude and supplements of the flat had - now that we are in Catainia. Everything was in 11-17 minutes walking dsitance, the attractions. Supermarket Conad almost around the corner. Car was also comfortably parked at Orlando parking house, walking distance of max 10 minutes. Dont expect to find any parking on the street, busy always;).

My stay was great. Roberto is magnificent, he was very helpful and kind. He also cared to help me with the details of my transportation to the airport. The house was clean and quiet, in a safe place very near to main attractions and roads. Train station stop to and from the airporr (palermo lolli) is also just opposite of it and some mini markets are there, too. I would definately recommend it and Im coming again soon!

I chose this apartment as my criteria were location, amenities, cleanliness and price. The apartment is located very close to the main street halfway between the historic center and one of the nicest neighborhoods - Politeama. It has everything needed for two people - bedroom, kitchen and bathroom, recently furnished and kept in good condition, quiet at night. I don't regret my choice, I had everything I needed, especially the location. The owner Giuseppe can be reached on WhatsApp for any questions.

The kitchen is well equipped and the little terrace off the kitchen was cool for a drink . The wifi works perfectly. We appreciated the location and enjoyed the local markets and atmosphere. Though we didn't use them, we did see that there are televisions and air con units in the rooms. The owner is attentive and responds quickly!

The location was perfect for us, once you opened the large door into the courtyard, you were immediately transported from a busy street, into a historic building. The old palace is being renovated and it was lovely to experience the history of the property.
