Very very well located -- literally the block down from the important center. Very responsive, well equipped for cooking and cleaning and washing. They made sure to accommodate all needs -- for example, I needed a drying rack for the washer, so they showed up shortly with one later.

It is a great place with everything you need. Very comfortable small apartment, good for couples stay. Big and comfortable bed, coffe table, small kitchen with a cattle and coffee maker. You can even cook in a small stove. There’s also an iron and the ironing board in case you need your clothes to stay crisp. Apartment is close to the river (although the entrance is closed due to renovations), close to the old town and all tourist attractions (5-7 minutes walk). A lot of great restaurants nearby.
