Our second stay in Royal Tulip Warsaw and everything was wonderful once again. Definitely our favourite place to stay in Warsaw. Amazing breakfast, very modern and stylish with very comfortable and nicely decorated rooms. Rostislav on the reception was fanstastic- gave us good hints for nice restaurants. The lady that cleaned our room was also great and did her job very good. Will be back for sure!

I really enjoyed staying in this apartment, everything is so great that even the most demanding guests will be satisfied. The view is out of this world, location is superb and panoramic view is breathtaking. You have everything you need in the neighbourhood, caffès, restaurants, museums etc. Staff is kind and helpful and I will recommend it to everyone.

Location is not far from Warsaw centrum and environment is very good, near cafe, department store, minimart.. etc. I recommend it !! The room is fully furnished and really love the interior design. The air conditioning/heater is adjustable easily and having sensor when the windows are manually open.

Enjoyed my stay and have been extending it several times. The place has a very nice balance between homelike feel and the luxury hotel vibe. I have appreciated the design and comfort it gave, the place has almost every necessary thing and beyond. Additional plus - it is a new building and apartments. There is a confortable bathroom and a self-catering kitchenette. There is also a small garden terrace (which we didn't use in Winter time). There is a big TV set with Polish TV and Netflix. The host was never there, but sent us excellent instructions with photos about how to reach the room and how to open it, and has answered all our questions.
