The owner is super sweet and extremely helpful. The place is so beautiful to stay in. The rooms are just enough. You really don't need anything more than that. It feels like home here. Mr. Trung is so welcoming that even though we were early on the check in day, he offered us freshly cooked breakfast. If I even come back to Hoi An again, I am definitely going to stay here again.

Cannot speak highly enough of this place. The gardens, pool and rooms are beautiful. The staff are lovely and helpful and can arrange great activities. The restaurant serves healthy and delicious food. The location is perfect, between the old town and the beach - a short 5 minute "Grab" ride to each. Very accommodating for our 10 month old baby.

You can take umbrellas and bicycles for free whenever you want, you got amazing reccomendations of food places, they also booked trips for us with reasonable prices. Location is a 10 minute walk from the old town, in a quiet street, so you can actually sleep. Rooms are huuuuge, so treat yourself and stay there

The receptionists An, Helen, Sunny and Cherry were all very kind and helpful for all queries. They spoke English very well and made us feel like home. Breakfast was very good too and included many fruit options. The only two halal restaurants of the town: Maxim and Baba's Kitchen were about 5 minutes walk away which was very helpful. It's also to walkable to all attractions of the Hoi An old town. Strongly recommend this place.
