Very clean, comfortable and well appointed apartments. Close to everything, central location. The reception staff were always friendly, helpful and approachable. The building is kept very clean. Cozy and warm apartment with everything you need for your stay. Comfortable beds. Obviously a bit of noise from outside but with the central location this is expected, nothing that bothered us though. Good facilities. Would highly recommend. I would return when going back to Madrid.

NQn Aparts & Suites Madrid features accommodation within 500 metres of the centre of Madrid, with free WiFi, and a kitchen with a dishwasher, a microwave and a toaster. There is a private entrance at the aparthotel for the convenience of those who stay. The aparthotel has family rooms. location was perfect, 1 min walk from metro station and main street, a lot of resturant near the apartment, very clean, bed was comfortable , staff were amazing , 2 guys who at the reception room were absoulotly kind and helpful

Thanks a lot to a wonderful lady at the reception, whose name I unfortunately forgot to ask, but we arrived at 9:30 and luckily our room was already free and clean and she check us in free of charge! And it was exactly what we needed cause we were too tired after a long night bus trip. (of course we were just lucky and it depends on the availability of the rooms but still - big shoutout to the staff for that ❤️🙌 The location is amazing, right in the centre of the city.
