Situated just 2.5 km from Lake of Menteith, Trossachs Barn & Cabin features accommodation in Port of Menteith with access to a garden, a shared lounge, as well as a shared kitchen. Everything about this stay was perfect. The room was comfortable and very clean, the building was absolutely beautiful, and our very friendly and welcoming host, Tony, provided an excellent breakfast. We were only there for one night but it felt like a mini vacation.

We stayed in Poppy's Place, which had everything we needed for a really comfortable stay and included eggs, milk, orange juice, and yummy pancakes! The hot tub was excellent. The property features garden and inner courtyard views, and is 32 km from Mugdock Country Park. The property is non-smoking and is set 16 km from Loch Katrine. This property was right in the center of this quiet town. It was clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed. Communication with the host was great. It was a wonderful place to spend the night while traveling through the area. There was a travel information center/shop right across the street. There were also a few paths to walk around in the area.
