The location was perfect, we loved the fact it was in the middle of no where as we are from London and loved the fact it was so peaceful and quiet! The owners of the property was so friendly and welcoming! The hut itself was actually bigger than what I thought! Plenty of room for 2 people and lovely facilities! The hot tub was a lovely added touch. We enjoyed ourselves so so much and cant recommend it enough for anyone that wants to have a few days away to explore Cornwall, the location is perfect to get around to some beautiful parts of Cornwall, we went to tintagel and was only a 30 min drive from there so was ideal. It was also my birthday when we stayed there and they went above and beyond by adding balloons and getting us a bottle of Prosecco for our stay. Was an absolutely flawless stay and would deffo love to come back here again! Thanks so much!

It was fantastic time we had there in Cornwall The host is very friendly,very flexible and supportive.The place is spacious and very clean .All necessary facilities were available .lt is only few minutes drive to Eden project and 10 mint drive to Charles harbour from there. If I have another opportunity to come back l would definitely love to book the same place again and do highly recommend as a wonderful place to stay in Par in Cornwall .Ideal for someone with family or group of friends including pets

Set 26 km from Newquay Train Station, Lansdowne Simply Stay offers a garden, and accommodation with a terrace and free WiFi. It is located 28 km from St Michael's Mount and offers a shared kitchen. The guest house features family rooms. The shared kitchen had everything you need for your breakfast and meals. room was as described on the website. the location was just walking distance from the train station. Hence everything was apt and as it should be. Me and wife liked the place and would definitely love to come over again.

Property was in excellent condition, we were welcomed upon arrival and given a tour of property, bedding was clean, and bed comfortable, parking right outside and a private area out the back to sit, coffee and tea was provided along with fresh milk and bottled water in the fridge, plenty of local facilities and an excellent beach a short walk or with parking available, kayak, paddle board and wetsuit available for hire, cafe in top carpark and hut on beach serving hot cold drinks and ice cream, recommend the bowgie for eating including Sunday roast, card payment only.
