Warm welcome from host and treat’s especially hot chocolate, kids loved it. It was very nice , clean and comfy and we got everything we needed during our stay with our kids . It was raining and we reached earlier and host was so cooperative and messaged that apartment ready to check in , and we got everything to make ourselves tea, coffee , hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows. So we didn’t have to stop anywhere or rush out for a drink . Later in afternoon weather got better and we left for our venture after freshen up.

Christine ensured we had all we needed for preparing our own breakfast meal. Christine also catered to our dietary needs as I am lactose intolerant. She ensured substitute milk was available and the cake she baked was dairy free as well. The decor in the flat is very beautiful and a lot of work has gone into it. The place gives a comfy and relaxed vibe the moment you enter the rooms. The windows give enough natural light, especially in the morning when the weather is nice and sunny. The bed was very comfortable for a sofa bed. I am 6months pregnant and did not have trouble sleeping on the sofa bed. The beddings were clean and smelled of freshness. The whole place was spotlessly clean and everything we needed was provided in the bathroom. Christine is environment conscious therefore she does not provide disposable bottles for shampoo and shower gel, which we appreciated. Recycle bins are also provided to ensure rubbish goes into the right bins. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we will be back. I highly recommend Westend as a place to stay when on the Isle of Wight. The place is very close to the ferry and a walking distance of the seaside.

Very comfortable sofa and beds. Great location. We enjoyed our brief stay. The hosts were also very flexible when we requested a slightly earlier check in time and comms with them were excellent.

Superb place to stay, it had everything needed. Very clean. Very near the sea. We were accessing public transport and the bus stopped very close by.

Location was absolutely gorgeous, a couple of minutes walk to the beach and the peace and quiet was surreal. The hosts very friendly and helpful.

Nothing was too much, and to go into the heating on ready for us was amazing, especially considering it was only 2 degrees outside. The beds were comfy, and it just felt like we were at home. Would 100% recommend it to anyone. The location was fantastic, right in the middle of Cowes with nothing more than a stones throw away.
