Location was perfect around the corner from waverly station.. room was more a city center studio loft with attention to detail that went above and beyond. (Cue beer fridge in the shower!) It even had a dishwasher in the little kitchen.. we wanted to move in! The roof terrace bar is world.class, everything is new and very modern.. but of a break from the period places which i sought out for this trip. Very very cool find, have been recommending to all who lill listen !

Situated in the heart of Edinburgh’s city centre, Malt House Apartments are only 2 minutes’ walk to the west end of Princes Street. The modern apartments have been converted from a whisky-bond building and come fully equipped with a kitchen, free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. This apartment is in a fantastic location. It is about a 10 minute walk to Edinburgh Castle, and 15-20 minute walk to the Royal Mile. The apartment is clean, and spacious with all the facilities you need. We had a very enjoyable 3 days here, and would certainly stay here again.

This recently renovated apartment is located less than 1 km from EICC and 2 km from Murrayfield Stadium. The apartment has family rooms. Very modern, very new and really high quality furnishings. The shower was unbelievably amazing! It was very spacious, central heating, very well-equipped with a fully functional modern kitchen, laundry room, 3 spacious bedrooms with 2 ensuites and the 3rd room had it's access to their own bathroom. We had a lovely time with the family playing games and it was lovely to come back home to nice comfortable beds after a long day of exploring. 15 mins from the city and we loved it because we enjoy walking.
