This recently renovated apartment is located 1.2 km from Kolovare Beach and 1.4 km from Maestrala Beach. Guests can access the apartment via private entrance. This was a very clean and well furnished apartment in a great location...quiet but near the beach and shops. The bathroom was very new, the shower roomy compared to others. I only met the owner as I was leaving - really nice - but she answered my texts quickly and the apartment was very secure.

New building....well appointed apartment....good size...lovely balcony.....great location in order to walk into centre of town.....included parking and in-suite laundry. Good place to base yourself for day trips...went to Plitvice Lakes from here.

We were in Nin at the beginning of May 2024 and really enjoyed our time there. The apartment was very nice, everything was newly renovated. The landlords are very friendly and helpful. We were even taken fishing. I can highly recommend the accommodation: Golden Nin to anyone who wants to vacation in Nin. Definitely happy to come back.
