Overall, it was the service of the staff. I did not expect to meet Filipino workers in the middle of Romania. They are known to be polite, dedicated and hardworking people. The hotel is lucky to have them. The rest are typical facilities I normally experience from a 4 star hotel. The breakfast, spa and room. It's the staff delivering the service made the difference. That's why I enjoyed my stay.
