Basecamp Revelstoke was the perfect pit stop for our 3 week Calgary > Vancouver road trip! Check-in details were provided via email/text and made the check-in process seamless and hassle-free. The kitchenette was fully equiped for making dinner/breakfast and the in-room washer/dryer was exactly what we needed half-way through our trip. The front desk even had a clothes drying rack which we used on our patio for clothes that we didn't want to put in the dryer. Now for the best part, there's a couple of large gas BBQs conveniently located near the main building and we arrived on a Saturday when there's a farmers market downtown - we bought some asparagus, fresh thyme from one of the market stalls and some chicken and pinot from the local supermarket and had the best meal of our trip overlooking the stunning river and mountain backdrop.

We arrived several hours before our check in hours and the staff members kindly stored our luggage. This allowed us to go out to explore the city and then when we came back to check in, they had our luggage already in the room, so efficient. Service is amazing, location is superb really close to everything, the room was well maintained and cleaned every day, staff members were really professional and polite, we really recommend staying here.

The hotel has an indoor pool, and a spa & wellness centre. Free WiFi is provided throughout. The spa bathtub next to the window was an amazing feature as well as the spacious shower. Perfect location and very comfortable bed. Very clean and well organised room. Would stay here again.

The rooms are big an bright, and the shared living room was very homey. Curtis & Michelle are great hosts with great tips on what to do in the region. The breakfast was amazing and as if that weren‘t enough the location of the lodge is idyllic yet not to far from the centre of Revelstoke, as well as the surrounding National Parks (Glacier and Mount Revelstoke NP).
