everything is exactly what you’d expect and then some more. the space is deeply creative. I even thought the owners should probably be creatives in an advertising company. it turns out they are just very very creative on their own. 🙂 all details are thoughtful and make sense together and you can feel the love for beauty and fun and creativity in it all. exquisite premises, great views. great comfort. very very good cuisine. and super cool rooftop restaurant! (with an amazing dj!) and, above all, extremely nice stuff. you feel genuinely welcome. we loved it so much that on our last night there we immediately booked a follow up stay for the winter. I guess that says it all. thank you, amazing coolnest team! we look forward to visiting you again!

The SPA area is amazing, especially the open swimming pool on the rooftop. Breakfast and dinner are exceptional. Loved our stay, would love to visit this hotel again

We did have a fantastic stay for 9 days att this very nice and very well maintained hotel. It was our second stay at this hotel. This time we had a nice room with a big balcony facing the Ahornbahn. The hotel offers several facilities such as a nice spa area with an indoor pool and an outside jacuzzi and there are also different kinds of saunas. Excellent dinners and breakfast are served in a nice restaurant. The owners and all of the staff are very caring. The hotel offers good parking facilities and the location is close to both lift stations Ahornbahn and Penkenbahn and are easily reached. A ski room for storing boots and skis is offered. We are over all very satisfied with our stay and hope to be back next year again.

Everything! The property is amazingly beautiful, stuff caring and friendly and helpful, location is outstanding and spa - is art of work! They thought about all the details and made my stay long lasting memory! ski/snowboarder shoes are warmed up in the storage, food is delicious, shower has its own place in my heart , bed is comfortable, bridge system give you a very unique stroll and they also pick you up and bring you to the lifts . They even notice I am eating vegetarian and proposed me out of menu dishes! I didn’t ask, they noticed! How cool is that?

Exceptional room & a very good size. Loved the furnishings, comfortable bed & great bathroom. Rooms have a balcony too. Easy parking on-site & a short 3 minute walk into Mayrhofen for dinner & strolling around this gorgeous town. Friendly, helpful staff & we would definitely stay here again 😊

Very clean and spacious rooms which were recently redecorated, with a beautiful view from the balcony. Location is perfect, just outside the town center, so it is quiet at night. But all facilities, including ski lift and après ski at walking distance. Breakfast was very good, and loads of choice. Free parking in front of the door. Great Wellness/sauna area to relax after a day on the mountain.

To get you ready for the slops the fantastic variety for breakfast is very good. It was a hot and cold breakfast with both sweet and savoury dishes. The area provided for breakfast is spacious and bright with outside vies of the surrounding area. The facilities for ski and boot storage is excellent and the boot drying system was great.

Also had a very good back massage. The bus stops right in front of the hotel and takes you to Penkenbahn or Ahorn (recommend this ski area for 1/2 or 1 day)
