The room was a great size, very clean, comfortable and accommodating. We loved using the spa and sauna, half the reason we booked this hotel as we just wanted a staycation and change of scenery. Close to good food and cafes, we walked there and brought the food back to the apartment to relax together.

The room was large and had a sofa. The bathroom had a shower and tub. We both took a bath and it was so relaxing. The breakfast was really good as well with lots of selection. We had omelets with bacon, pancakes and cereal but there was a lot on offer. I had my own pot of coffee. The format was self serve. The pool was long, the hot tub and cream room were nice also.

Very central location, I was able to park my car right outside the hotel while I checked in. I was then able to drive down into the carpark and find a space without issue. There was ample space in the carpark (not cramped). The facilities are great. I used the pool, sauna and hot tub! There are 4 lifts so there is not much issue during peak usage. The buffet breakfast was great too.

This is now our favourite city escape accommodation, been here and my family many times and will always book Pullman Quay Grand. Perfect location, best Harbour views, fantastic helpful staff, food is 10/10 especially the breakfast, and indoor heated pool, spa sauna and gym make it even more worth the stay. Rooms are spacious clean and modern, equipped with all you need for a comfortable relaxing stay.
