The room was very comfortable and clean, we stayed at the Alpine section and all the room and bathroom furniture and shower were new, the room had kitchenette, very convenient if you want to cook something. The elevator and carpets, everything spotless. I liked the shared living room with the nice fireplace to read a book or share with the family.

Lovely room that was comfortable and stylish. Breakfast was really good, lots of options and space in the dining areas. Two hot tubs. Laundry on site. Only a 10 minute walk to most shops and restaurants.

Rooms were spacious enough and clean. Staff was friends and were able to accommodate an earlier check-in which is appreciated but understood that it's never guaranteed. Location is lovely. The pool is warm and the hot tub is really nice. The design around the pool is very soothing and relaxing. Views are nice. Appreciate the microwave and kettle.

I stay here because I like having a wood-burning fireplace and enjoy relaxing in the hot tub, steam room and sauna. Having a kitchenette is great too and there's plenty of space in the loft units.

Set on the picturesque Pyramid Lake it was a beautiful place to stay. The rooms are moderate sized, clean and well set up. Easy to stay in your room and rest or just have take out, as plenty of space for this. Restaurant onsite looked good but we didn’t eat there. Hot tub and sauna was nice.

We really liked the room, it was so nice to have a lounge area separate to the bedroom. The cooking facilities were a definite plus. We also enjoyed using the sauna, steam room, hot tub and spa at the end of each day. The hotel is close to town and the free parking is another advantage.

Breakfast was very good. Cleanliness of the room exceeded expectations. Hot tub was fantastic. The area was clean and easy to access. Having mobility issues, the room was very easy to access. The room itself was easy to maneuver. Never used the spa tub but looked clean and inviting. Parking was very good and close to the room. There was no table in our room. We like to play cards and we ended up borrowing our friend’s table.

Excellent location in the centre of town. We loved that there was a pub downstairs- which served very tasty food! The staff were friendly and they helped us arrange an extra night! The rooftop hot tubs were a welcome luxury, great views of the mountains and very relaxing. The room was spacious and clean, and each day we got more coffee for the following morning which was lovely.

Good location. The kitchen was sufficiently stocked so we could eat in, rather than dine in restaurants all the time. Great that the kids had their own space up in the loft. The pool, hot tub, sauna, and steam room provided a great way to relax in the evening after a day exploring the national park. Parking is tight; had to park on the street one night because we came back too late.
