very nice, they have a nice spa which we were able to reserve for a convenient time if you wanted to have it to yourself although a young man who wasn't aware it needed to be reserved was there when we arrived at the reserved time and we were happy to share it with him, he was very pleasant. The room was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable.Staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was continental but more than average choices.

The lower rooms had walk out access to a lawn. There was a gazbeo area with a table. It was located close and very easy access to the hospital, but in a park like area. Actually just down the road is a dog park and River walk. Although I did not have breakfast, I did check it out. Extremely clean, spacious, comfortable rooms; the bed was very comfy and nice linen. Nice to have pool and hot tub facilities. Plenty of restaurants around and short drive into the main town. Adequate complimentary breakfast. Good value for money for the room you get.
