We arrived by ferry and used the buses to get about. Hotel was easy to find. Staff were friendly. Booking in was quick. Room was comfortable and ready for us. Dinner menu choice was limited so we headed out into Belfast City for tea. Breakfast at the hotel was amazing. Food was fresh, hot and plentiful. Breakfast area was laid out very well. The waffle maker was shear luxury. The seating/dining area was comfortable, spacious and clean. Best short break/city break hotel breakfast we've had by a stretch. Just wonderful.

A very enjoyable and relaxing stay. All the staff were professional, friendly and helpful, Excellent service, particularly the lady in charge of the restaurant (sorry I did not make a note of her name). The breakfast and dinner in the restaurant was very tasty. The hotel room was clean and tidy. Super comfy bed and slept really well. We also enjoyed the leisure facilities, swimming pool, steam room and sauna.

The bonus of a fridge in our room and a very comfortable communal kitchen and sitting area was great especially to have a simple breakfast before you start the day. The Baths opposite are gorgeous with lap pools sauna steam room etc There was a clothes washer which is a huge bonus when travelling. There was always a parking space available in the street.
